do you have any idea what printing costs are for full color and that size, Trump makes good deals but I am betting the overhead on the book creation, which is scanning and editing of documents also cost some and even if you do your own printing and stuff it still adds up especially for a book of that size.
Think logically when does Trump ever create something that is not a luxury item. He does what he wants. If you really give a fuck to buy the book you will pay it and if you don't you won't. Not really all that hard.
not wrong, I think their theory is that they are slow rolling it so it can stay in the public eye for a bit before some bullshit story tries to drown it. Slow roll and more days equals to them a story that still has legs.
