Baker here
Can bake for a while.
Yesterday, what happened from my humble perspective.
A new baker (someone none of us evening bakers knew at all), requested to bake. I handed over to them, thinking it was a regular. During 4 breads there were personal opinions in the notables and they were extremely thin on the ground, missing important things such as the VIP anon video and tweet.
This baker also blew off at GMTGraphics anon as they'd asked 2 breads to update their links in the dough and it hadn't happened. Two regular nightly bakers, and myself (another nightly baker) and around 10 anons asked this baker to pass over the bake. They refused and kept on baking, something we've seen many times from shill bakers taking over the bake. A regular baker made another thread, and the spitting occured. We were all doing our best to get the bread back to as it should be, with a baker working for the cause and not against it.
After you took over the bake BO, the regular baker asked you to confirm handoff, however you were busy and didn't comfirm. He thought you didn't want to give the bake to him and was upset as he's a regular. Someone else took the bake from you, not him, and disappeared without handing off. This wasn't our regular baker. It can be seen in that thread it wasn't him.
Agree that the night shift need to learn to bake, we've been asking them for quite some time now. I have tried, trained and coached many, however we still seem to have an issue in the morning hours until 9am. IDK what to do about a solution BO.
A call, not for bakers in general but for bakers for the certain hours when we're short, may help.

Thanks for letting me know
>Thanks BO. A video could help, Godspeed with it. I've been going to make a graphic, as many are visually inclined. The night shift suggested that and I'll go and do it now.
>I keep the baking instructions up to date, and don't know how I can make them more simple. Between those and the baking school which are always in the dough, anons still ask inthread how they can learn.
>I saw you needing a break from the nighttime and I've been covering a lot to give you a break, however I can't sustain it.
