Thank you Sir, for the emphasis on the quality of life for our service members and please never forget those that have served that are now in the care and at the mercy of the VA. If a VA member or their family had concerns how fast and to what degree would their needs be met? What kinds of tests, thresholds, and metrics can you provide us today?
