The bigger crime would be if the medical community have been distributing HIV tests that were preconfigured to show positive, leading people to get tested at clinics that were also weighted in their results (some would show negative, some positive). Leading to people ruining their lives and taking medications that kill them, long term, when in reality they had something other than HIV all this time. That would be absolutely diabolical, and something I would suspect would be much closer to the truth.
If the bigger truth is that the medical autocracy has been poisoning people with flu and other shots for decades, taking small chunks of people's immune system out, one bit at a time, then it would be a 99% scenario - literally and figuratively. Best to create the narrative, blaming it all on the COVID (saline) shots, as the fallout of previously taken vaccines plays out. Then the White Hates can control the narrative and hyper focus everyone on the COVID vaxxes being the culprit; utterly destroying public confidence in the medical autocracy.
