I thought 'is that a pedo swirl?'
it was a fire hose. It was a sign telling peole where the fire hose was for the fire fighters.

I also notice that the swirl is used by pizza shops in Italy, too. I have to admit that if I saw that on the outside of the door I'd think twice about going in to that establishment.
