Very appropriate for today. Children are so precious to God and to Jesus. Now that God's temple is in the hearts of His people, violations against the innocence of children who can also be saved are exceptionally egregious (not that they ever weren't egregious given what Jesus had to say about causing a little one to offend). Contemplating things like abortion, 72+ toxic injections mandated for school, and drag queen story hours causes people who know God to realize that these assaults are not just against our flesh but the very Temple of God's Holy Spirit.
