Not sure what you are looking for exactly, but the cv in the case number is Civil court, not criminal. the doc you have partially posted is some larpy shit that was passed around awhile ago. In Civil court you can sue for whatever you want, doesn't mean it's going to actually go anywhere; but since the case was "filed" you have the case number with the "CV" being civil court.
