I was really pleased with the productive conversation we had a few threads ago, posing the question "Is People of Light Racist."

It dissapointed me heeply that so many people here are calling out for us to kill ourselves, or trying to censor us - but some good points were raised as well and we want to make sure we are addressing all of them in our messaging!

I've made a bit of a Q-Map showing the way the conversation turned out, for us to learn from. Red arrows show some of the replies although I only included key ones as I didn't want to make the graphic too sloppy.

Image boards are the last bastion of free speech we have on the internet, which is why we feel it's so important to allow conversations like this to play out to their conclusion. Well that's not exactly true - they passed copyright legislation that will check if an image is copyrighted before being uploaded. Not all memes (a minority in fact) use copyrighted content.

We can still use Creative Commons, stuff we make ourselves, or any other public domain imagery. In the end it will probably just make us stronger and more creative.

Or even just text-only memes

Either way, it's not really a criticism of the campaign.
