He’s been posting on Truth Social going on and on about a court case (O’Handley v Weber) that has to do with the revelations from the Twitter files. He’s saying it will probably end up at the SCOTUS and, if O’Handley wins, it will change free speech for decades to come (victory for free speech). He said it would likely be ruled on about 4 months ahead of the 2024 election and would keep social media outlets from censoring the way they did leading up to the 2020 election. One example, if O’Handley had won 3 years ago, social media outlets would not have been able to quash the Hunter Biden laptop story.
