Don't worry, "taxpayers" won't pay for Biden's bailouts. "Banks" will pay gov't "fees" to cover new Biden bailouts of banks and their corporate/wealthy clients. Those "fees" are definitely not "taxes" and will be passed to bank customers, not "taxpayers"! Don't you feel better!
