Thomas Sowell wrote a lot about immigration, relative iq of different waves, and how they substantially elevated by another generation or two. One of my kids had his IQ elevate 22 points over a four-year period. Ended up being a scholarship kid but I’d say the initial IQ tests were actually accurate (I have an education degree). He was a very late bloomer in multiple areas but ultimately caught up.

Of course not. The notion of pride, self, arrogance, haughtiness, self importance, etc. not deemed a virtue by most believers. Humility, dependence and trust in the good shepherd, are. It is a different context than the sheeple label.
Not true in this one’s case. Near 130 IQ. Started out in low 80’s. The big jump was in the next few years but it continued to climb. Also had hearing issues and late physical development but normal by age 20.
