Marjorie Green: Are you aware there was an explosive device found by Border Patrol Agents on January 17th, in an area called 'No Man's Land', and there is surveillance of who put it there…it wasn't Americans, it was cartels. Are you aware of that?

Chief Ortiz: Some of this information that I receive, I receive in a confidential SCIF, so I'm gonna be a little hesitant of briefing what I know and what I don't know with respect to an event like that.

Green: I'm not going to be confidential, because I think people deserve to know.

Chief Ortiz [Border Patrol]: We are challenged with some of the remote video sensor camera systems. There is a backlog with the supply chain issues that we experience…we're starting to catch up over the last six months.
