How do you (legally) change how voting works when the Constitution explicitly states each member of the Union makes their own rules? How has this system been abused? What are the ramifications of federalizing the elections? What are the implications of taking no action? Are rigged elections for the winners (when filtering out "invalid" voters) legal?

 

It's a conundrum. Either you correct the cheating by cleansing the results (cheating/rigging), correct the system where cheating happens unconstitutionally, or march everyone through the darkness of it all to demand "organic" change to make everything on the up and up.

 

Is it ethical to put up guard rails to your vision of progress? Depends on the mindset of those fielding dissent, and how they treat/respond to them. If 4-6% are lost forever along the way, that doesn't mean they are criminal. It just means there is lost. If anons pray for anything, pray for benevolence and understanding by those "in control" of the progress. Are they persuaded by dontological or consequential perspectives?
