Watched the rally a few hours ago. At the point where POTUS is talkiing about American growth and other country's complimenting him on American growth. The crowd starts chanting U S A, and I thought for just a moment POTUS was going to tear up. He is so proud of us, as we are of him.

if I were to take a guess… I think the timing aspect is dependent on POTUS opinion of critical mass of the awakening. Maybe he thinks we have reached critical mass and the strategy changes.
