French President Emmanuel Macron on Thursday used a special power to raise the retirement age from 62 to 64 without a vote.
Macron shunned Parliament and invoked a constitutional power to impose a bill that has sparked protests across France.
More violent protests are expected.

French President Emmanuel Macron imposed a highly unpopular bill raising the retirement age from 62 to 64 on Thursday by shunning parliament and invoking a special constitutional power.
Lawmakers were shouting, their voices shaking with emotion as Macron made the risky move, which is expected to trigger quick motions of no-confidence in his government. Riot police vans zoomed by outside the National Assembly, their sirens wailing.
The proposed pension changes have prompted major strikes and protests across the country since January. Macron, who made it the flagship of his second term, argued the reform is needed to keep the pension system from diving into deficit as France’s population ages and life expectancy lengthens.
The decision to invoke the special power was made during a Cabinet meeting at the Elysee presidential palace, just a few minutes before the scheduled vote, because Macron had no guarantee of a majority in France’s lower house of parliament.

Historic Upset in Netherlands as Farmer’s Movement Trumps Ruling WEF RINOs
A political earthquake hit the Netherlands Wednesday in the wake of massive farmer’s protests as the upstart Farmer’s Movement party passed the ruling People’s Party in provincial elections. “Nobody can ignore us any longer,” said Farmer’s Movement leader Caroline van der Plas.
“The BBB or BoerBurgerBeweging (Farmer-Citizen Movement) party rode a wave of protests against the government’s environmental policies and looked set to have won more Senate seats than Prime Minister Mark Rutte’s conservative VVD party”, Reuters reports. The BBB was strongest party in the Provincial Council elections in all Dutch provinces except urban Utrecht Province.
The Dutch Provincial Councils elect the Dutch Senate May 30, where the ruling RINO government already has no majority. Upstart BBB is now projected to win 15 Senate seats out of 75, passing Prime Minister Mark Rutte’s People’s Party with projected 10 seats. The Green-Left coalition also won 15 seats, and could still conspire with the RINO government to force through a disastrous ban on Nitorgen fertilizer like the one that wrecked Sri Lanka’s economy last year.
“Nobody can ignore us any longer,” BBB leader Caroline van der Plas told broadcaster Radio 1, according to Reuters. “Voters have spoken out very clearly against this government’s policies.”
In the opposition, Thierry Baudet’s Forum for Democracy and Geert Wilders’ Freedom Party are the losers. “Baudet came in from nowhere four years ago, but nothing is left of it now, he goes from 4 to 2 seats. Wilders posts a slight loss. He has already acknowledged that there is nothing to do against BBB”, Belgian VRT wrote.
“Congratulations to BBB!”, Wilders wrote. “We hope to keep our 5 seats in the Senate. The coalition has rightly received a major blow, the cabinet has had its day and the PVV has the best time ahead of it!”
Activist Eva Vlaardingerbroek, formerly of the right-wing Forum for Democracy, called the results “really bad news”, however, warning of a RINO-Left coalition: “The first election results are in: The ruling parties suffered some losses, but with the help of the Labour Party and the green-left they will still be able to form a majority in the Senate to pass the nitrogen policies, including expropriation.”

Poland To Send MiG-29 Jets To Ukraine In Hopes Of Tilting US Debate
We detailed earlier how pressure is growing on the White House to send F-16 jets to Ukraine, particularly in the Senate where bipartisan lawmakers this week penned a letter to President Biden urging quick action as a "game changer on the battlefield" at a moment Ukrainian forces are nearly encircled in Bakhmut.
As far as NATO allies go, Poland has long been the country most loudly asking Washington to approve jets. Warsaw is now taking action, no doubt in hopes of tilting the momentum of the political debate in Washington toward supplying planes. President Andrzej Duda on Thursday announced his country plans to send around a dozen MiG-29 fighter jets.
This will make Poland the first NATO country to fulfil Zelensky's requests for fighter jets since the war began. Given Ukraine already operates the Soviet-made planes, it's expected they'll be in use right away.
Duda specified that an initial four MiG-29s will be delivered "within the next few days" and that the rest would come after they go through servicing and maintenance.
The Associated Press notes that the total to be transferred could be more than a dozen: "The Polish word he used to describe their number can mean between 11 and 19," according to the report.
"They are in the last years of their functioning but they are in good working condition," Duda explained. Warsaw has also said it's ready to be part of an international coalition supplying aircraft; however, the Biden administration has been a leading voice of reluctance on fears it would provoke direct escalation with Russia. NATO leaders have long stressed they need to make a common decision on jets.
An attempt by Poland in March of last year to send MiGs, on the condition that Washington would replace its fleet with more advanced US-made jets, fell apart after the Biden administration said it was premature, denying that such a plan was ever put in place.
But the all-important question looming in the background to all of this "debate" over jets for Ukraine is this: what happens when NATO-supplied aircraft begin shooting Russian fighters out of the sky? Some leaders in the West are already advocating and hoping for precisely this scenario…

Japanese Officials Urge Government to Tell the Truth About Excess Deaths Following Vaccine Mandates – Reporting Shows 210,000 Excess Deaths, the Highest Number Since World War II
The Government of Japan is urged to tell the truth about the huge number of vaccine injuries and excess deaths during a hearing.
Japanese lawmaker Mr. Yanagase Hirofumi, a Japanese politician who is a member of the House of Councillors of Japan, accused the Japanese government of covering up COVID-19 mRNA vaccine injuries and deaths.

The number of deaths in Japan has been on the rise continuously.
As you can see from this panel, the dramatic increase in the number of deaths is quite obvious.
Last year, the number of deaths in 2022, exceeded 1.58 million, the highest number since World War II.
Compared to 2021, the number of deaths has increased by more than 140,000.
Compared to 2020, the number of deaths has increased by a staggering number of 210,000.
Covid didn’t cause so many more deaths. There must be factors (like vaccines). I wonder how the government is analyzing this problem?
Actually, Japan has been flooded with people, complaining of feeling ill after receiving the Covid vaccine. I’ve been carefully monitoring the system of reporting illnesses suspected to be caused by adverse reactions to the Covid vaccine.
But we wonder if the system is functioning properly.
Just in the reported cases alone, there have been as many as 2001 cases of suspected vaccine-induced deaths.
In my firm’s investigation alone, there were approximately 260 cases in which the doctor in charge reported that there was probably a link between the vaccine and the death.
Then, according to the health minister, there are 52 cases where a pathologist has performed an autopsy, and reported that there is a link between the vaccine and the death.
Yet, only one case has been found to have a causal relationship between the vaccine and death
Amazingly, even though more than 2000 people have died after vaccination, more than 99% of this deaths cannot be evaluated due to allegedly insufficient information.
There have already been 2000 deaths. Further, pathologists in charge have autopsied the deaths after vaccination. The pathologist found that the vaccine cost the problem and concluded that there was probably a link between the vaccine and the death. Yeah, only one case has been found to have a cost relationship between the vaccine and death. Under the circumstances, how can the vaccine risk be properly assessed under the circumstances? I wonder how much more information is needed when the pathologist has done an autopsy, and determined that there is a link between the vaccine and the death.
In other words, there are many suspicious cases where vaccines are, probably the cause of death, but if all of them are determined to have no known causal link, the real risk will be overlooked!
For example, a man in his 30s, died three days after receiving the second dose of the vaccine. The cause of death was myocarditis. Myocarditis is a commonly recognized as a typical adverse reaction cost by the Covid vaccine. Furthermore, as a result of the autopsy , doctors concluded that there was a link between the vaccine and the death.
Even in such an obvious case, the evaluation committee, made up of a group of amateur academics paid for by the government declared that they could not evaluate causation due to the lack of information.
Last week, a group of bereaved families who lost family members as a result of the vaccination held a press conference.
Mutsuko Suda, who lost her husband, said at that press conference. The government must tell the public, the truth about the danger part of the vaccine from a neutral point of view:
“The number of reported adverse reactions caused by vaccination is present, the types of cases of vaccine, induced injuries, and the number of reported deaths after vaccination”.
The bereaved family’s opinion is extremely appropriate.
As I mentioned earlier, I consider that it is extremely unusual to have reports of more than 2,000 deaths after vaccination.
In the case of the flu vaccine, only 7 deaths were reported in 2021 through a similar system.
According to our calculations, the percantage of reported deaths after the Covid vaccine is more than 38 times higher in comparison with the flu vaccine.

The prime minister’s proposed reforms have triggered a “constitutional and social crisis,” Isaac Herzog warned
Israeli President Isaac Herzog has warned that the Jewish state stands on the brink of civil war over proposed judicial reforms by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government. Amid nationwide protests, Herzog presented a set of alternate reforms, which were rejected by Netanyahu.
“Those who think that a real civil war, with human lives, is a border we won’t cross, have no idea,” Herzog said in a video address on Wednesday. “The abyss is within touching distance,” he continued, adding that “at any price, and by any means, I won’t let it happen.”
Israel has been rocked by continuous protests since Netanyahu announced his proposed reforms in January. These legal changes would allow Israel’s parliament to override Supreme Court rulings with a simple majority vote, would grant the government more power in appointing judges, and would limit the ability of the court to review legislation it deems “unreasonable.”
Parliament on Tuesday voted to advance a bill that would allow lawmakers to override rulings. The vote came after hundreds of thousands of demonstrators took to the streets of Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, and other Israeli cities over the weekend to oppose its passage.
Herzog, whose role is largely a ceremonial one, responded by proposing an alternate package of reforms. Herzog’s plan would still forbid the court from reviewing legislation it considers “unreasonable” but would allow it to strike down parliamentary decisions with a two-thirds majority of justices. Among other compromises, it would also allow parliament to override rulings, but only with the agreement of at least one other branch of government.
Netanyahu rejected Herzog’s plan, telling reporters that it “would only perpetuate the existing situation.” His rejection triggered renewed protests on Wednesday evening, as demonstrators gathered at Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv in a bid to disrupt a planned trip by the PM to Berlin.
Critics of the prime minister argue that the legal change would allow Netanyahu to rule as an authoritarian, and to pass legislation shielding him from ongoing corruption investigations. Herog sided with these critics last week, calling the reforms “oppressive” and anti-democratic.
In an appeal before Tuesday’s vote, he declared that the reforms had triggered a “constitutional and social crisis,” and should be abandoned before Israel suffers “diplomatic, economic, social and security repercussions.”

Explosion Rocks Water Treatment Plant in Baltimore
A massive explosion and fire occurred at the Back River Waste Water Treatment Plant in Dundalk, Maryland around noon on Wednesday. Fire crews could be seen responding to the blast site and subsequent fire. Last year, the state of Maryland assumed ownership of the Back River Waste Water Treatment plant.
Video of the explosion’s aftermath showed heavy, black smoke pouring out of a blown-out roof. At 12:43 pm, Wednesda, the Baltimore County Fire Department tweeted, “8200 Block of Eastern Ave. Synagro wastewater treatment plant. Crews remain on scene; thermal oil burning from silo at location.”
Baltimore County Fire spokesperson, Elise Armacost, used a careful choice of words when she informed the press at a Wednesday afternoon press conference. “The Maryland Department of the Environment believes that the wastewater was not impacted,” Armacost said. “Thermal oil is a high-temperature oil that Synagro uses in its process and it is not classified as a hazmat,” she added.
The Baltimore County Fire spokesperson also told the press that there were no injuries due to the explosion or fire.
In March 2022, the state of Maryland took control of the plant.
An order from the Maryland Secretary of the Environment addressed to the plant’s previous owners read: “Pursuant to § 3-109(c) and § 3-109(d) of the Natural Resource Article, the Secretary hereby DIRECTS that the Service take charge of the Back River WWTP, including its operations, maintenance, and improvements functions, in order to work with Baltimore City to ensure that Baltimore City meets the following objectives: protecting public and environmental health; abating any further nuisance; providing appropriate levels of qualified staff; conducting appropriate maintenance, improvements, and modifications; operating the Back River WWTP in compliance with all terms of the Back River Discharge Permit; and ceasing all unpermitted discharges from the Back River WWTP.”

Federal Reserve’s Bank Rescue Could Inject $2 Trillion of Liquidity, Raising Inflation Concerns
Strategists at JPMorgan Chase predict that the Federal Reserve’s emergency lending program to bolster stressed banks could inject as much as $2 trillion into the U.S. banking system, with some analysts raising concerns that the program could fuel inflation or boost moral hazard.
Following the abrupt failures of Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) and Signature Bank, the Federal Reserve rolled out an emergency funding mechanism called the Bank Term Funding Program to ensure banks ample have access to cash to meet depositor demand.
“The usage of the Fed’s Bank Term Funding Program is likely to be big,” JPMorgan strategists wrote in a client note Wednesday.
The strategists said that the maximum usage for the emergency lending facility is close to $2 trillion. They said it would be able to provide the U.S. banking system with enough funds to reduce reserve scarcity and reverse the central bank’s recent tightening of financial conditions.
While the U.S. banking system has reserves of around $3 trillion, a large part of that is held by the biggest banks, and it will be the smaller banks that are more likely to tap the Fed’s lending mechanism.
SVB, a midsized bank, collapsed when depositors rushed to withdraw their savings as word spread that the bank had booked huge losses on its bond portfolios, which had eroded in value due to rising interest rates. The bank took a $1.8 billion loss on a forced $21 billion bond liquidation and then announced it was looking to raise $2.25 billion in capital to fill the gap, with the announcement spooking depositors, who rushed for the exits.
A mechanism like the one the Fed rolled out since the collapse of SVB would have allowed it to borrow against the face value of its bond holdings to meet its funding needs rather than sell its Treasury holdings at market rates at a deep loss.
‘New Form of Quantititave Easing’?
FDIC chair Martin Gruenberg warned recently that U.S. banks are sitting on unrealized losses on their bond holdings of around $620 billion.
“Unrealized losses on securities have meaningfully reduced the reported equity capital of the banking industry,” he said, explaining that unrealized losses weaken the ability of banks to meet unexpected liquidity needs because they generate less cash when sold and because their sale often reduces the amount of regulatory capital.
Gruenberg added, however, that banks in the country are “generally in a strong financial condition and have not been forced to realize losses by selling depreciated securities.”
The Fed’s new funding facility gives banks an additional security blanket because it allows them to borrow from the Fed for a one-year period using their securities as collateral at par value, not at market rates.
“Basically, this is a facility that provides collateralized liquidity for banks that can’t obtain it elsewhere,” ING analysts said in a note, adding that it’s a “means of making liquidity available on good terms, at least until the current period of elevated systemic pressure passes.”
But some experts have warned that the Fed’s emergency backstop could be inflationary.

DOJ Inspector General Seeking Testimony of Former FBI Agent Steve Friend, Contradicting Democrat Claims
The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General’s Office intends to interview former FBI special agent Steve Friend regarding allegations he has raised about the agency.
Last fall, Friend came forward with concerns about the FBI’s handling of child sexual abuse cases and its arrests of individuals involved in the Jan. 6, 2021, breach of the U.S. Capitol. Friend alleged the agency was excessively using heavily armed SWAT teams to arrest individuals suspected of committing misdemeanor offenses on Jan. 6. He objected to one such SWAT raid on Aug. 24.
Friend further alleged that the FBI has departed from its everyday case management practices and has widely listed field offices around the country as the lead investigators in domestic violent extremism (DVE) cases while agency officials in Washington are actually directing the cases. Friend alleged the FBI had pressured its agents to prioritize these DVE cases, which created an inflated sense of the threat posed by domestic extremists. At the same time, Friend said the FBI had explicitly taken its focus off child sexual abuse cases, telling him that such cases are “no longer an FBI priority.”
On Monday, DOJ Assistant Inspector General Sean O’Neill responded (pdf) to a March 6 letter (pdf) by the whistleblower organization Empower Oversight, confirming the Office of the Inspector General “intends to schedule an interview with Mr. Friend regarding his disclosures.” Empower Oversight has been representing Friend throughout his raising allegations against the FBI.
After making allegations against the FBI, Friend was suspended from the agency without pay. The agency revoked his security clearance, credentials, firearm, and badge.
Friend ultimately resigned from the FBI in February. Just The News reported he had gone without pay for 150 days between his suspension and his decision to end his time working for the agency formally.
Democrats Claimed IG Already Dismissed Friend’s Claims
Earlier this month, the Democratic minority on the House Judiciary released a report (pdf) disputing the allegations raised by Friend and two other former FBI officials, George Hill and Garret O’Boyle.
The March 2 Democratic report disputed Republican characterizations of Friend, Hill, and O’Boyle as whistleblowers. Without that whistleblower status, the Democrats said Friend and the other former FBI officials do not qualify for protection from retaliation.
“The three individuals we have met are not, in fact, ‘whistleblowers,'” the minority report states. “These individuals, who put forward a wide range of conspiracy theories, did not present actual evidence of any wrongdoing at the Department of Justice or the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).”
The Democrat report said Friend admitted to having no knowledge of a specific discussion by the FBI’s leadership to depart from its usual case and “could not clearly explain why such a departure might be harmful.” The report also said Friend has not reviewed the decision-making matrix for using SWAT teams during arrests and acknowledged the arrest targets of the Aug. 24 SWAT raid he opposed “were known by the FBI to be armed and dangerous.”
The minority report said the DOJ’s inspector general had already rejected Friend’s claims. Empower Oversight followed up on the DOJ inspector general’s handling of Friend’s claims, asking whether the Democratic claims that the DOJ had dismissed Friend’s allegations were valid.
“[O’Neill’s] letter corrects widely circulated false claims that the DOJ-OIG has ‘rejected’ Friend’s allegations and indicates that an interview of him will be scheduled shortly,” Empower Oversight wrote on Wednesday.

Sam Bankman-Fried secretly transferred $2.2billion from FTX to his personal account and $1billion to five members of his inner circle before the cryptocurrency exchange collapsed, according to bankruptcy court filings.
Bankman-Fried and five of his friends transferred $3.2billion in total to their personal accounts as 'payments and loans' using funds primarily coming from Alameda Research, a crypto trading hedge fund affiliated with FTX, according to financial statements filed with the bankruptcy court in Delaware on Wednesday night, according to the Financial Times.
John Ray, who was appointed chief executive of FTX after the Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings in November, has been in charge of locating cryptocurrency and other assets in order to return it to millions of FTX customers whose accounts have been frozen since the bankruptcy.
Bankman-Fried is currently facing several federal charges related to FTX's collapse as he is accused of looting the platform for personal gain as well as securities fraud.
He has pleaded not guilty and is detained at his parents' house in California until the trial starts in October.

Cases of Syphilis in Babies Up Over 1,200 Per Cent Since 2017
The number of cases of babies born with syphilis in Canada has increased by 1,271 per cent from 2017 to 2021, with the disease possibly leading to devastating complications, including stillbirths.
According to figures from the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), just seven cases of children born with syphilis were recorded in 2017 but the number has surged to 96 cases in 2021.
“It can lead to outcomes such as fetal demise … or stillbirth,” Dr Darrell Tan, an infectious disease physician at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto told broadcaster CBC.
“And then in a child [born with syphilis] there can be many, many manifestations … it can affect organ systems like the brain, the bones and joints, virtually any organ system in the body,” he added.
Theories for the rapid rise vary from low use of condoms in Canada to better testing catching more cases. “When you have cases, case rates that are going up to this degree, you start to see it spread beyond just the core sexual networks that had traditionally been involved,” Dr Tan said.
According to CBC, syphilis has primarily been observed among men who have sexual relations with other men in the past but the demographics of those with the disease appear to be shifting.
“The most confusing and frustrating thing is that it can cause no symptoms at all, and people can contract it without even realizing it,” Dr Tan said. Syphilis can lead to serious illness if left untreated, including organ damage, eyesight loss and even death but can be treated by antibiotics if caught early.
Syphilis has seen a surge in other countries across the globe, with a 2016 report noting that the disease had become more common among 15 to 24-year-olds, blaming hookup apps like Tinder for the increase in anonymous casual sex encounters.
In 2019, a report from the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), noted that cases of syphilis among 30 different countries had surged between 2007 and 2017 and that cases of the sexually transmitted disease outnumbered new cases of HIV.
“The growth in the number of syphilis infections we see in Europe and other countries around the world is the result of several factors such as sex without a condom and with multiple sexual partners, combined with less fear of getting HIV,” Head of the ECDC program for HIV and venereal diseases Andrew Amato-Gauci said.

United States Orders Chinese Company Behind TikTok To Sell The Platform Or Face Nationwide Ban
The Biden administration demanded that ByteDance, the Chinese technology firm which controls social media platform TikTok, sell the vertical video application or face a possible ban in the United States.
Democratic and Republican lawmakers have voiced concerns over several reports indicating that members of the Chinese Communist Party have access to user data through TikTok, on which American young people spend more time than any other social media platform. The national security implications have induced calls for the Biden administration to force a divestiture of the platform from ByteDance or institute a nationwide ban.
The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, a board composed of nine cabinet-level officials who weigh the national security implications of international investments, recently ordered ByteDance to sell the platform, according to a report from The Wall Street Journal released on Wednesday. The company vowed to spend $1.5 billion to protect American user data and ensure that Chinese officials could not access the information.
“If protecting national security is the objective, divestment doesn’t solve the problem: a change in ownership would not impose any new restrictions on data flows or access,” TikTok spokeswoman Brooke Oberwetter contended in a statement to The Wall Street Journal. “The best way to address concerns about national security is with the transparent, U.S.-based protection of U.S. user data and systems, with robust third-party monitoring, vetting, and verification, which we are already implementing.”
TikTok has indeed offered a national security proposal called Project Texas to American officials. The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States rejected the proposal, according to a Tuesday report from Bloomberg.
Officials in the Trump administration had likewise attempted to force a divestiture of TikTok three years ago due to similar national security concerns. Renewed controversy over TikTok comes amid worsening Sino-American relations sparked by at least one Chinese surveillance balloon recently traversing the continental United States.
President Joe Biden and multiple state-level officials have already banned TikTok from government devices. The European Union made a similar move last month.
Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) and Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS) recently exhorted Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, who leads the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, to force the sale of TikTok. The lawmakers noted how ByteDance acknowledged at the end of last year that staff members had “spied on the private data of journalists and others in order identify sources behind articles critical of the company,” as shown by a report from Forbes which also indicated that ByteDance planned to track the location of specific American citizens.
Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) recently publicized allegations from a former TikTok employee who claimed that employees of the firm, including members of the Chinese Communist Party who are on the company’s payroll, can switch between Chinese and American data with “nothing more than the click of a button.” Workers allegedly use applications created in China to “insert software backdoors,” Hawley described on the basis of the unnamed whistleblower’s account.
“I have seen first-hand China-based engineers flipping over to non-China datasets and creating scheduled tasks to backup, aggregate, and analyze data,” the whistleblower reportedly told Hawley. “TikTok and ByteDance are functionally the same company. They use the same data analysis tools and chat apps, and managers are in constant contact.”

The prostitute allegedly tweeted a video in which the prostitute offered sexual favors in the bathroom of the City Hall.
The account was reportedly taken down for violating Twitter's terms of service, according to the conservative news outlet Breitbart.

Elite Undercover Israeli Force Kills Four Palestinians In New Jenin Raid (18+ Videos)
On March 16, four Palestinians, including a teenager, were killed by undercover Israeli officers during a raid in the Jenin refugee camp in the occupied West Bank.
The Israel Defense Forces, Shin Bet security service and police said in a joint statement that members of the elite Yamam counter-terrorism unit “neutralized” two wanted Palestinian gunmen inside Jenin after receiving intelligence about their whereabouts.
The gunmen were identified as Yusuf Shreim, 29, a member of the Hamas Movement, and Nidal Khazem, 28, a member of Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ). The other two casualties were named as Omar Awadin, 16, and 37-year-old Luay al-Zughair.
The Shin Bet said that Khazem was involved in advancing “significant terrorist activity,” and Shreim was involved in the production of explosive devices and shooting at Israeli troops in the West Bank.
One of the videos that surfaced online shows undercover Yamam officers moving in Jenin, while another shows one of the officers shooting a wounded man who was lying on the ground in the head from a close range. A third video shows people chasing after the vehicle used by the officer.
According to the Palestinian Health Minister, at least 23 others were wounded in the raid, five of them seriously. The local wing of PIJ said that its members had clashed with the undercover Israeli forces that “carried out a cowardly assassination of resistance fighters.”
Israeli forces have killed 84 Palestinians during raids in the West Bank and other operations since the start of the year. During the same period, 14 Israelis were killed in a series of attacks by Palestinians.
The new raid in Jenin will likely lead to more escalation not only in the West Bank, but also in Jerusalem and around the Gaza Strip.

Federal Court Rules Against NY Worker Fired for Refusing to Attend LGBTQ Training
On Monday, a federal appellate court ruled that the firing of a New York man who refused to attend a pro-LGBTQ training session was legal.
As reported by the New York Post, Raymond Zdunski argued in his lawsuit that his employer, the Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES), attempted to “change his religious beliefs about gender and sexuality” by forcing him to attend a diversity training session focused on people who claim to be LGBTQ. His employer refused his request for a religious exception, citing his Christian beliefs.
Zdunski subsequently sought $10 million in damages, as well as reinstatement and back pay. The lawsuit was originally dismissed last year by District Judge Geoffrey Crawford. The recent ruling by the Manhattan-based 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals agreed with Crawford’s original decision, supporting BOCES’ decision to fire him.
In both cases, the judge and the court claimed that Zdunski was wrong to claim he was the victim of “unlawful religious discrimination.” Crawford’s original ruling specifically noted that BOCES was required to provide such diversity training by a state law, the Dignity for All Students Act, and thus claimed that to give Zdunski an exemption would be committing a state crime.
“It just seems like the country is against the Christian way of life, and it’s for everything else,” Zdunski said in response to the latest ruling. “We’re not allowed to practice our way of life but anyone else can, it seems.”
The company issued its own statement after the court’s ruling, saying that “we agree with the decisions of both the United States District Court and the Court of Appeals, and remain committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment for all students and staff.”
BOCES CEO and district superintendent David O’Rourke repeatedly claimed that Zdunski was not fired for his Christian beliefs, but instead was allegedly fired for refusing a training session that the company declared to be mandatory.
Zdunski’s lawyer, Kristina Heuser, said after the ruling that her client’s rights were suppressed “for no other reason than his refusal to be indoctrinated with anti-Biblical teaching.”
“Though the lower courts did not find in his favor,” Heuser added, “we are not deterred and will seek redress from the US Supreme Court.”

Remdesivir estimated to have killed 100,000 Americans
John Beaudoin is calling for a criminal investigation into remdesivir citing data that it may have killed 100,000 people in America.
The US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) authorised the experimental antiviral drug remdesivir, brand name Veklury, for emergency use against covid-19 in May 2020. By October 2020, it had received full approval. It remains a primary treatment for covid-19 in hospitals, despite research showing it lacks effectiveness and can cause high rates of organ failure.
In mid-February, Beaudoin called for a criminal investigation into the drug, citing data for Massachusetts he estimates remdesivir may have killed 100,000 people in the US. “They know,” he tweeted, “or they wilfully refuse to know. Either way, it’s homicide.”
Using a Freedom of Information Act (“FOI”) request, Beaudoin received all the death certificates in Massachusetts, USA, from 2015 to 2022. He produced graphs from the information he received and found 1,840 excess deaths from acute renal failure from 1 January 2021 to 30 November 2022, which he believes may be due to remdesivir.
Beaudoin also revealed an increase in deaths from acute renal failure (“ARF”) in every age group over 15 years old, from 2015 to 2022. “Thousands dead in Massachusetts ARF likely due to remdesivir. This requires CRIMINAL investigation,” he tweeted attaching the graph below.

Record numbers of people ended their lives in Oregon last year in America's most advanced doctor-assisted suicide program, which now lets out-of-state 'death tourists' get lethal drug cocktails on the West Coast.
Last year, 431 people received fatal prescriptions under the state's Death With Dignity Act (DWDA), and 278 people used them to end their lives, Oregon Health Authority said in its annual report.
That's a jump from 383 scripts and 238 deaths the previous year.
The 19-page report is the first time Oregon has recorded the non-residents who travelled to end their lives on the West Coast, under last year's controversial expansion of the scheme.
Officially, three out-of-staters ended their lives in Oregon last year.
But officials say the real number could be much higher, as doctors do not have to record a patients' residency status before inking their scripts.
