Ive pretty much been on that line of thinking since Dec. Ill believe he is real when I see a video of him. My guess was always made up screen name and operating name for someone, or just a spook (not FBI) which is why so hard to find. 3 pictures of him in 7 months, and it took months just to get the 2nd pic, as opposed to the generic stock photo. As for your theory, I'm with you. There were two phones. One was "Peter Strzok" and the other was "Lisa Page". It was multiple people using these two devices to communicate with each other. boy this movie just gets better and better
