The issue has to be looked at in the context of there being an empire with vassal countries that send their citizens to work within the borders of that empire in government and business, and on behalf of their own countries both there and at home, offering the myth of freedom to people's limited opportunities. Those who have controlled that empire are now ready to criticize the very arrangement they created to run the operation, so it will be dismantled and pose no threat, as they go elsewhere to set up shop.
One of the tools used as part of that dismantling involves the antecedents and continued fallout of this racial political structure that are dismissed in real and faux conservative circles, creating huge resentment by design, and the ambidextrous weaponizing of ethnicity by the so-called left to try to create insoluble problems, according to their assigned role. A major question is whether Trump is going to dodge these racially-loaded bullets or whether he's actually supposed to intensify the dichotomy, as part of taking down the country. It can be interpreted that he is picking his way through a minefield, that POCs working for him are compromised to either be spies or are too vulnerable to attack by their group members to even get on board his administration. Either way, optics look bad, see the accompanying photo.
This empire, like those before, has been intentionally created to be multi-ethnic in order to have tentacles around the world. It has crushed countries to get access to resources and strategic locations, scattering their inhabitants, then misleading these people into thinking coming into the heart of the beast will be their relief. It's absurd to blame these people for taking the bait. The empire makers are now trying to turn this fact on its head, to use ethnicity along with a number of other manufactured groups as cover ordnance for the real nightmares they're hoping to unleash.
Qs might have a plan, and it all might be a matter of marking time until that plan can be implemented. Maybe it's like they say, a done deal, but if we're looking at death throes, it's terrifying to watch.
