9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
16 Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
17But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head, and wash thy face;
18 That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.

6 In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord, high and exalted, seated on a throne; and the train of his robe filled the temple.
2 Above him were seraphim, each with six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying.
3 And they were calling to one another:
โHoly, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty;
the whole earth is full of his glory.โ
4 At the sound of their voices the doorposts and thresholds shook and the temple was filled with smoke.
5 โWoe to me!โ I cried. โI am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the Lord Almighty.โ
6 Then one of the seraphim flew to me with a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with tongs from the altar.
7 With it he touched my mouth and said, โSee, this has touched your lips; your guilt is taken away and your sin atoned for.โ
8 Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, โWhom shall I send? And who will go for us?โ
And I said, โHere am I. Send me!โ
9 He said, โGo and tell this people:
โโBe ever hearing, but never understanding; be ever seeing, but never perceiving.โ
10 Make the heart of this people calloused; make their ears dull and close their eyes.[a]
Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts,
and turn and be healed.โ
11 Then I said, โFor how long, Lord?โ
And he answered:
โUntil the cities lie ruined and without inhabitant, until the houses are left deserted and the fields ruined and ravaged,
12 until the Lord has sent everyone far away and the land is utterly forsaken.
13 And though a tenth remains in the land, it will again be laid waste.
But as the terebinth and oak leave stumps when they are cut down, so the holy seed will be the stump in the land.โ
