i would already have a civil rights case filed - used to be you had to wait till you were proper fuked (convicted) to do that but recent scotus case removed that saying its too strict and punitive
there is also an immunity barrier so prosecutor cant be touched BUT this only means trump cant file for damages but trump can file for declaratory and injunctive relief
