Another Catholic Priest Child Rapist

Miguel Luna, 68, was arrested on June 11 in El Paso and charged with aggravated assault of a child

Luna is accusing of molesting, and then raping, a girl from the time she was eight until she turned 17 and moved away

The victim, now 36, spoke out last year, claiming that Luna assaulted her during confession in the 1990s
