By now you should have realized that what is happening upon Earth is a sign of major changes taking place that will continue to do so until it has been prepared for Ascension. What was acceptable during the last cycle is no longer appropriate at a time when changes are needed to lift you up, and these will continue as the years pass by.

At present you may find it difficult to comprehend where they are leading as at times they seem to be random and without any real purpose. However, given time a pattern will emerge that reveals the elimination of old ways that will no longer be adequate to meet your needs.

You are currently living in a changeover period that is hard going, but there will be a turning point for the better in the very near future. So hold fast and do not despair as your patience will be well rewarded.

What is happening is perfectly normal at such times as you are in now, so be assured that we are with you to ensure all changes will be experienced as uplifting. It has been predicted for a long time and is not something that is a random occurrence. But for the dark Ones holding you back and trying to keep the truth from you, advancement could have taken place many years ago but nothing can prevent your continued progress as planned.

It is why we emphasize the need to maintain your progress and not be distracted from your life plan to ascend. You will be assured of success regardless of what action the dark Ones take. Bear in mind however that situations are used to clear karma that many souls carry with them, and at the time of discussing their life plan they agreed to it. This realization explains why we tell you that nothing happens by chance.

You learn from your mistakes and it is why we tell you that once you overcome them, you normally will not be expected to face the test again. Everything is planned to help you evolve and particularly at this time to ensure you are ready to ascend. It is such an important time and you will certainly not want to miss the opportunity to leave the old vibrations behind and enjoy a peaceful and rewarding life.

In the future you will have more say as to what you want to do, and revising your past lives would indicate where your interests lay and help you to make your choice for the future. We as always will be on hand to advise you what is best to continue your evolution.

No doubt you already have ideas as to what you would like to do in future and your options will be considerable, as you will have proved your worthiness by experience to be a Space Traveller if that is your desire. So much will open up for you that the past problems and hard times you experienced will fade away into the past and be but a distant memory.

Can you imagine what it will be like to be released from the shackles that have held you back, and have a greater freedom of choice. To some degree you already know what to expect but the reality of it all is presently beyond your imagination, although your sci-fi films have been purposefully presented to give you an idea of what it is. Meeting other Extra -terrestrials will not be as strange as you might imagine because the human form is normal in your Universe, even if in some manner it is quite different it will still be recognizable as such.

You have so much to look forward to and we often remind you to simply keep your focus on your goal and not be distracted by what is going on around you. We realise that questions will arise in your mind, as a major change in your life raises all sorts of problems mainly related to your present family.

Certainly all souls must allow others to formulate their own choice as to what they do in the future. However, the type of life you choose is likely to lead you further afield, but your links with it will remain and contact will be through thought transference. Furthermore you will not have the same obligations to the family as upon Earth, although some will continue to keep a close link with them. Understand that some bonds created upon Earth are no longer necessary in a new situation that is not at all like your earthly experiences.

Much of what you need to know about your Space friends will come with the time of open contact that is not too far away. They are keen to meet you and introduce you to the new world that you will eventually live in. Believe us that they are highly evolved souls who wish to help you take your place in the new levels of vibration, that are devoid of the negativity that you face at present. Happy times beckon but as we have told you, you must first put the Earth in order so that it is safe for visitors to arrive and meet you. We will help you achieve it but first the intent must come from you and be achieved.

We are all brothers and sisters and the children of God and equal in God’s Eyes, and it would be wonderful if it was recognised and led to peace upon Earth. All of the time you threaten each other peace seems a long way off, but it must come in one way or another.

Time is relatively short for you to wake up and be what you were intended to be as Beings of Light and Love. How nice it would be if all hostilities were replaced by peaceful exchanges and recognition of the Oneness of all Life. Together you could turn the Earth into a paradise and live peacefully together, and we could meet you and enjoy being in your company. The more you send out such thoughts you will help create the energies to achieve it.

We will say that ‘The Walls will come tumbling down’. We have spoken before of the domino effect and this shall become quite apparent.

Much anger shall derive from these ‘goings on’ and those who ‘think’ they are in charge will have to attempt to smooth and soothe … although, the uproar will bring about great changes, as more and more wake up to the fact that those ‘at the top’ … those ‘making out’ to be ‘for the people’ … are actually, and only ever have been, for themselves.

Humankind has been in Spiritual War between Light and Darkness for a very long time, and now is coming to the end of it. Your planet is in transition of letting go a low vibrational shell. The Dark Entities are still trying to patch up their deteriorating reality, which is not working for them at all. Divine is crushing Matrix each day more and more.

You are right now between realities, in some point you are going to leave 3D world and step into New Earth. This jump from one reality to another only will happen, if you are fully awake and staying in high vibrational frequencies. The rest, who are not awake, will continue to be mesmerized and follow Matrix, which is collapsing without no point of return. You can’t help them, as they are not ready to be in higher realms. It’s decision of their souls.

You are living in very chaotic times. It’s supposed to occur in order to create a new reality. Darkness still continues to think, that it’s capable to save their deteriorating world. It’s not possible. Many Contaminated Souls are leaving this planet. You can see their despair and Evil in them, as they can’t hide anymore. Darkness keeps loosing allies everywhere. My dear friends, we love you so very much,

There will always be things upon your earth to delight, and there will be things you can't stand. As we've said many times, you get to choose in this buffet of experience and vibration. Are you going to focus on the rotten or the good, that which disgusts or delights, that which hurts or that which soothes?

It is a choice. If you were taught this as children, it would be easy to choose a focus on what feels better. However, most of you didn't have this behavior modeled for you. When you were very young, you knew better. If you bumped your elbow or scraped your knee, you went crying for love. If a caring adult picked you up and soothed you, you didn't stay hurt or sad for long. You enjoyed your bandaid and went back to play. In your innocence, you knew to reach for what felt better.

Likewise, if someone put food in your mouth that you didn't like, you either vehemently spit it out or opened your mouth and let it dribble onto the table! You might have played with it, but in your innocent wisdom, you knew that you didn't want to swallow anything that tasted bad.

When you were on the playground, and a badly behaved child hit you, you might have become upset, but soon you wanted to walk away and play with the kinder kids. You didn't want to waste your time feeling bad. Something in you intuitively knew that this person wasn't worth your time or attention. In your innocent wisdom, you chose to deprive them of you!

Over time, however, you witnessed those around you. You saw and heard people focusing on things that felt bad – world problems, family problems, financial problems, spilled milk, the "wrongness" of crayon drawings on the wall, etc. You started to synchronize your energy with those who influenced you. You are all empathic. You all can tune into the life around you. Children, especially, try to tune into and anticipate the energies of those around them.

As children, many of you tried to synchronize your energy with those who were important in your life. Others rebelled! In either case, your capacity to feel good was diminished. Synchronizing with or rebelling against a bad feeling both tune you into the bad feeling.

Over time you learned to compensate. You learned to analyze and develop justifications for feeling bad. Society certainly supports this. You will frequently receive compassion, sympathy, and assistance when you feel bad or experience unfortunate circumstances. However, if you're flying high, only those with a similarly happy vibe (or those who want to be in that space) can celebrate with you. While we always support you in seeking or sharing love and compassion, we also encourage you to reach for better feelings rather than staying stuck in an unpleasant space.

You will inevitably see things and people on your earth that are disturbing. You will see those who are dishonest, greedy, and hurtful. You still have a choice, however. You can see them as your adversaries, or you can see them as we do – wounded little children reaching for love in childish ways. You don't have to give them so much attention. You will see systems that serve only themselves. We see people who, in their ignorance, don't know the magnitude of Divine abundance that is available when you live and work in a flow of giving and receiving. You can turn your attention to systems that operate in greater love and integrity, or you can be part of the change in your own sphere of influence.

You will hurt at times for various reasons. When you lose a loved one, stub your toe, or watch someone you love suffering, it is hard to feel the flow of Divine love that is always available. Nonetheless, one thought at a time, you can gradually soothe yourself, surrender to love, and allow better feelings. You may need to comfort yourself, reach for help, or use a helpful healing modality. You. may "turn the other cheek" and look away from those who can't behave while deciding to focus on those who can. There are so many ways to reach for better feelings. You are never stuck in anything except your own thoughts. Change those, and your vibration will change. Your reality will adjust to match.

We have said this many times, and it is becoming increasingly important as your world offers such a diverse buffet of contrasts – You deserve to feel good. You deserve to focus on and experience the things, people, and situations that uplift, inspire, and offer helpful solutions.

You were not born to learn through suffering, although you certainly can. It does cause you to reach for more and better. It forces you to look for the good out of a sheer desire for emotional survival. It can catalyze you to find great strength within yourself.

However, you can also learn and grow through inspiration and joy. You can see the world's problems and quickly focus on the ideas and people that will create solutions. You can feel the pain in your body but turn to something enjoyable on your television, read a good book, or laugh with a friend to distract from the pain. You can relax and allow the body to heal and rebalance as it was originally intended to do. You can work with kind and loving healers or doctors who soothe you until, often with their assistance, you allow healing to take place. You can grieve over the loss of a loved one's physical presence, even while you reach for the comfort and bliss of the heavenly love they wish to share with you.

You have choice. Most of you didn't learn this, which is why we spend a great deal of time reminding you about what your soul already knows. You have the right and the privilege of managing your own thoughts. At first, your mind will seem like an untrained puppy running all over the place. Just as you might speak to that happy little being when you want them to cooperate, you can talk to your mind, "Sit. Stay. This is what I want you to focus on."

When you focus on things that make you feel better, you give yourself a "treat." – the best one of all. You plug yourself into the ever-present stream of goodness, grace, guidance, abundance, healing, and above all, love.

As the daily news continues to report on fresh major corruption issues and conflicts worldwide, remind yourselves that all of these are in fact problems that have been ongoing for a very long time. Their disclosure is intensifying now so that they can be clearly seen and released, thus inviting and allowing Love to flow fully and freely throughout humanity, awakening all to the need for major changes in humanity’s attitudes and behaviors. These changes are occurring, and are most effectively dissolving age old fears, angers, hatreds, and resentments to which many have been clinging, and thus hiding from themselves the personal awareness that Love is their true and eternal nature. To awaken is to know that only Love is real, and to understand that anything that is contrary to It is utterly unreal, a figment of severely damaged and traumatized human psyches, blocking or hiding awareness from people of their own unchanging true nature.

As your collective awakening process comes rapidly to its moment of completion, focus your attention within, to your heart centers where you can and will most definitely feel the Love that you are residing there. You will also be aware of the pain and suffering that is seemingly enveloping vast swathes of humanity, so do reset your most powerful intentions – I cannot sufficiently stress the importance of this – to be only loving whatever arises, at least once daily, and also whenever a situation arises in your own day to day living that stirs up emotions of fear or anger within you. You are presently incarnate to do just this, to bring to completion the changes in your own attitudes and behaviors that are not yet fully in alignment with love, because doing this is your main purpose as a human in form, and doing so is extremely powerful. Many of you have been doing this for decades, and the evidence of its effectiveness can be seen all across the world in the kindness and generosity that so many of you are demonstrating on a daily basis.

Do not be distracted and disillusioned by the constant drama with which social and mainstream media are incessantly presenting you. That constant presentation of endless drama is a major aspect of the collective awakening process, because it most clearly demonstrates to all the intense need for major transformation in the ways that disagreements, altercations, and controversies are handled worldwide. Everyone desires to be treated with honor and respect, and not to be harshly judged as wrong without being fully heard. Everyone most certainly does deserve to be honored, respected, and heard – that is what Love does, always!

Everyone of you without exception is an eternally beloved child of God. You are brothers and sisters in an eternal and unbreakable relationship with one another – even though this may not be apparent, and even though the thought of this may horrify some of you. You therefore need to offer one another loving support in every interaction – never disdain or contempt – even when you disagree with them, or when they disagree with you. Conflict resolves NOTHING! To awaken is to move beyond conflict into unconditional loving acceptance of one another, which is a state in which even the idea of conflict can never arise.
