#COMPED Wikileaks doing this is probably one of the attacks that Q was referring to.
Serves two purposes:
Discredit Assange/Seth Rich and anything that came from them.
Makes Wikileaks a threat to National Security, legitimately, and not in a "JA caught us red-handed" sorta way.
What this also does is get the Left on Wikileak's side and combing through their archives.
