Ukrainian Soldiers Are Being Sent to Their Deaths while the Media Pretends Ukraine Is Winning
An estimated 120,000 Ukrainian soldiers have been killed or wounded since the start of Russia’s invasion last year. Ukraine has a shortage of experienced combat soldiers.
The Kyiv Independent published first-hand accounts from Ukrainian soldiers explaining the situation in Bakhmut, a city in Russian-speaking Donbass that has been described as a “meat grinder” as Ukrainian troops on the front lines only survive for an average of four hours. Russian fighters outnumber Ukrainian soldiers by two to three times. An estimated 90% of Ukrainian soldiers’ deaths have come from Russian artillery, tanks or aviation and the Ukrainian weapons cannot compete. The Zelensky regime announced they’re going to continue sending troops to die in Bakhmut.
Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi said last month, “All [Zelensky] had to do was to stop attacking the two autonomous republics of the Donbass and this [war] would not have happened.”
