Anon wonders, since it's an "and", wouldn't the person being arrested have to be both a prior president as well as republican?
That could be the bushes… That's the only previous presidents other than DJT that could possibly be arrested. None of the bushes were far and away leading republican candidates.
Kinda think DJT is dropping hints that he's going to be arrested.
