Kirby: We're having discussions with the PRC right now, about potential visit by Secretary Yellen and Secretary Raimondo, to go over there and talk about economic issues.

Kirby: [China has been] buying into the Russian propaganda that this war is some sort of existential threat to Russia, and it's the west, or the US and NATO pushing Russia, which of course is nonsense.

Kirby: [Russia and China] are both countries that chafe and bristle at US leadership around the world. They chafe and bristle at this idea, I know it sounds like a wonky term, this International Rules-Based Order, that so many countries helped to established in the wake of World War II.

Kirby: [Russia's] economy is barely being propped up by some pretty radical measures by Mr. Putin. Their military has been roundly embarrassed inside Ukraine, and they continue to lose ground there.

Reporter: Is the Biden administration concerned about anti-government activity in Waco, around the rally? There's security concerns that President Trump may use this anniversary to foment anti-government sentiment at that event.
