Anon seriously does NOT understand the significance of the pork / no pork. Will someone enlighten please? What does it do / change / whatever?
Thank you anon, this brought some peace today that was far from this anon.
Is there more? Anywhere to learn? Anon has felt the pull and desperately wants to know / learn / grow
Thank you both. Anon is familiar with the biblical rule about hooves, is that all there is to it? I see the statements rolled out again and again that 2 specific groups do not eat pork, but anon doesn't understand the significance other than religious…
Does it produce something of note or prevent something? If it's purely religious, so be it and maybe anon is digging in the wrong area.
That… would definitely explain the reticence. Any sauce on this? Am familiar with pigs having similar intestinal structures as humans.
Thank you anon. That adds details.
Is this rule merely religious in nature or is there some physiological effect that pork produces in humans that would potentially damage them or render them spiritually incapable? Is it the opposite?
Anon just wonders if the rule hides something or if it's just a way to determine the good 'ol boys club members?
Or does it taste like human and thereby destroys the joy of cannibalism?
Anon probably needs more sleep.
Thank you anon. This board is truly a wonderful and chaotic place. May God bless and keep you.
