We have to stop with generalizations and need to "specify". Large organizational institutions do not do anything, it is an abstraction of entities known as agents with authority who make those decisions and carry out their executions. They may all have a like minds but people are more accountable than organizations. I can't beat the shit out of a government for crimes against humanity but I can crush the skulls of their agents who made those decisions and carried out their executions.
