For what it's worth, I refused to disclose anything medical to my employer with first them disclosing my co-worker's medical related.
They told me to go home home and not come back until I would either wear a mask or tell them whether or not I got the death shot.
They put me on FMLA leave against my will, ran out the siz week clock and finally sent a termination letter outlining the exact reasons why they let me go.
The poor stupid fucks.
I showed it to a labor lawyer, they were contacted and ended up offering me my job back.
I told them to stuff it and they ended up settling for paying me for all my time between being fired and my new job.
Much happier now at new job and twice the pay to boot.
