The head of Germany‘s right-wing opposition party Alternative for Germany Tino Chrupalla has called for Chancellor Olaf Scholz to resign if charges Scholz and Joe Biden conspired to cover up the Nord Stream pipeline sabotage are true, as investigative journalist Seymour Hersh has charged in his latest bombshell.

In yesterday’s Substack report, Hersh quotes anonymous intel sources, claiming that German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and White House Resident Joe Biden discussed how to cover up US responsibility for the Nord Stream attack on March 3 in the White House.

“I was told by someone with access to diplomatic intelligence that there was a discussion of the pipeline exposé and, as a result, certain elements in the Central Intelligence Agency were asked to prepare a cover story in collaboration with German intelligence that would provide the American and German press with an alternative version for the destruction of Nord Stream 2”, Hersh wrote.

Whether or not Chancellor Scholz was alerted to the attack, he has “clearly been complicit since last fall in support of the Biden Administration’s cover-up of its operation in the Baltic Sea”, Hersh wrote.

“The allegations by Pulitzer Prize winner Hersh are serious”, AfD head Tino Chrupalla said. “If they are correct, the Chancellor bears responsibility for covering up an attack on vital and valuable German infrastructure. And he would have abused the power of the German government to commit an act of treason. This begs the question: Did he know about the planning and execution of the crime? In order to clarify these questions, we call for an investigation involving all European partners. If Chancellor Scholz was somehow involved in the Nord Stream attack, he must resign.”

The right-wing AfD has submitted a peace plan to end the war in Ukraine and is currently surging in the polls, passing the ruling Green party, which has abandoned its roots in the peace movement to vocally support the Ukraine war.

Last week, March 15, the AfD moved to convene a parliamentary inquiry on the Nord Stream attack in the Bundestag, which was passed into committee for further deliberation.

France rocked by nationwide strikes over pension reform

Protests over the government plan to raise the minimum retirement age to 64 from 62 show no sign of receding

French unions staged more strikes on Thursday to protest against an increase in the retirement age that was pushed through parliament without a vote.

According to media reports, transport networks, oil refineries and schools were all hit by widespread disruption. Demonstrators blocked access to an airport terminal, sat on train tracks, and clashed with police across the country.

In central Paris, police reportedly used tear gas after protesters threw projectiles and set bins ablaze. Tear gas was also fired at protesters in several other cities, including Nantes and Bordeaux. In Rennes, police officers used water cannons.

“There is a lot of anger, an explosive situation,” the leader of the CGT union, Philippe Martinez, was quoted as saying by Reuters.

Meanwhile, Minister for Energy Transition Agnes Pannier-Runacher stated that the government would intervene “in a targeted manner to unblock oil storage tanks that are blocked by demonstrators.”

“If the strike is a fundamental constitutional right, blockading is not one… The police are mobilized in difficult conditions and have my full support,” she said.

While protests have been ongoing for two months since the government unveiled the pension proposal in January, Thursday marked the first day of coordinated action. It followed Macron breaking weeks of silence on the new policy to say he would not back down and the law would come into force by the end of the year.

Macron and his government have defended the retirement reform as necessary to keep the pension system funded, claiming it would otherwise eventually go bankrupt.

Last month, Artificial Tears Lubricant Eye Drops, a product used to lubricate dry eyes, was recalled by its manufacturer Global Pharma Healthcare. The drops were distributed by EzriCare and Delsam Pharma and sold at drug stores nationwide, including CVS, Walmart, Target, and Amazon.

The CDC advised people who have developed eye infections after using EzriCare Artificial Tears to seek medical attention. The symptoms include discharge from the eye, eye pain, and increased sensitivity to light.

In response to the CDC’s advisory, the eye drops manufacturer recalled the product.

EzriCare is manufactured by Global Pharma Healthcare, an Indian Company

Global Pharma Healthcare, a pharmaceutical company based in Tamilnadu, India, manufactures EzriCare Artificial Tears.

The private limited company was incorporated on 16th June 1986. Global Pharma Healthcare’s directors are Juma Venkatesh, Balakrishnan Rajendran, and Manickam Kamalakannan.

Pseudomonas aeruginosa, a bacteria resistant to standard antibiotics, is commonly linked to outbreaks in hospitals in India, where Global Pharma Healthcare is based. The bacteria is known to spread through contaminated hands or medical equipment.

Patients who are noticing symptoms of an eye infection must get medical care “immediately,” the CDC warns.

Symptoms of an eye infection include, “yellow, green, or clear discharge from the eye, eye pain or discomfort, redness of the eye or eyelid, feeling of something in your eye (foreign body sensation), Increased sensitivity to light, Blurry vision,” the government agency notes.

The CDC initially warned the public to stop using EzriCare Artificial Tears and Desalm Pharma’s Artificial Tears and Ointment in January after bottles used by infected patients were found to contain the lethal bacteria.

States where patients are experiencing infections after using the drops include California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Nevada, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Three people reportedly died after using Artificial eyedrops infected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

At least eight individuals who used the bacteria-laced eyedrops lost their vision while four individuals required surgery to remove their eyes.

Clara Oliva, a 68-year-old who is now registered as legally blind, had her right eye removed in September allegedly and replaced with a plastic implant after using EzriCare Artificial Tears, Daily Mail reports. Oliva is suing Global Pharma Healthcare over the irreparable damages.

Sunday's shocking bail-in, which rendered $17BN of investments worthless, has become one of the most controversial elements of the shotgun marriage between Credit Suisse and its larger rival, UBS, brokered by Swiss authorities. In order to keep operating in the US under ByteDance's ownership, TikTok has sought approval from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, or CFIUS, for a plan called Project Texas - which would prevent the Chinese government from accessing US user data or manipulating content recommendations. Oversight would be provided by government-approved officials and third-party auditors.

Both ByteDance and US officials struck a preliminary agreement last year which stipulated that TikTok data on US users would be hosted by Oracle Corp. TikTok, meanwhile, said it will delete the private data of US users from its own data centers in Virginia and Singapore as it transitions to fully store data with Oracle. The company has also said that access to US data by anyone outside of a newly established division to govern US data security would be limited by, and subject to, its protocols - which would be overseen by Oracle.

Last week, news emerged that the Biden administration wants ByteDance to sell the app or face a possible ban - a move which China said on Thursday that it would "firmly oppose," according to a commerce ministry spokeswoman, who added that it would "seriously undermine the confidence of investors from various countries, including China, to invest in the United States."

More than two dozen US states, various colleges, and Congress, have announced bans on TikTok in recent months, with the Biden administration recently backing a bipartisan Senate bill that would give the US government more power to deal with TikTok - which would include a potential ban. A pair of homosexuals are suing Christian activist Lauren Witzke after she took to Twitter to criticize the depravity of disturbing footage they posted online after a female surrogate gave birth to two premature test tube babies on their behalf.

Eric Vaughn and Tony Trainor, two “husbands” from Houston, Texas, are suing Christian activist, Stew Peters Network host, and 2020 Delaware US Senate candidate Lauren Witzke for defamation after she criticized video footage the men posted online, on one of Vaughn’s “influencer” channels. In the footage, Eric Vaughn, a gay social media “influencer” who sports feminine hair and a beard is seen imitating the skin-to-skin bonding that takes place between a mother and her newborn child and centers around the female biological ability to breastfeed.

Witzke pointed out the disturbing nature of seeing a grown man with feminine hair and a beard wearing women’s leggings and mimicking the behavior of a mother and her newborn and likened the gay adoption and surrogacy industry to a form of pedophilic trafficking. Her original tweet is no longer available, having been censored by the platform, prompting a 12-hour suspension for Witzke.

The criticism of the publicly-available video footage, portions of which are viewable in the Fox 26 news segment below, was apparently too much for Trainor and Vaughn to handle, and they’ve filed a lawsuit against Witzke for defamation, claiming that her criticism amounts to an “attack” on their “family.” The lawsuit comes after Vaughn posted response videos online proclaiming his victimhood at the hands of Witzke’s tweets.

“This public figure posted this for the world to see for one reason: attention,” Witzke wrote in a Tweet responding to Vaughn’s response video. “Now he wants more. Imagine how the babies feel now that they have been ripped from the arms of a nurturing mother.”

In an interview with Fox 26, which is also viewable in the video below, Witzke stood her ground and refused to back down in the face of pro-LGBT media pressure.

“My tweet is a representation of my beliefs and I truly believe what I say,” Witzke told Fox 26. “I have a right, as a Christian, to my opinion.”

Sheryl Lee Ralph: I was sexually assaulted by a ‘famous TV judge’

Sheryl Lee Ralph made the shocking revelation that she was sexually assaulted by a “famous TV judge” at a work event — and claimed network executives who witnessed it years ago asked her not to report the attack because it would be “bad press.”

“This man walked in, grabbed me by the back of my neck, turned me around and rammed his nasty-ass tongue down my throat,” the 66-year-old said on Monday’s “Way Up With Angela Yee” podcast episode. “And everybody at the network saw it.”

“I’m at a very public place. I was suited. I was handling my business for the television show I was on at that time,” the Emmy winner explained without naming the series, but noted, “we were on the same network.”

After the alleged sexual assault, Ralph said, she called former New Orleans Mayor Marc Morial, who was in office from 1994 to 2002, to report the incident.

Ralph said Morial came to her defense without hesitation, saying, “You want me to send the police there right now? ‘Cause we will fix his you-know-what!”

The “Dreamgirls” star said she was ready to hold the alleged assaulter accountable for his actions until “somebody on the network tapped me on the shoulder saying, ‘Please don’t.’ “

“They did not want any bad press around their show and did not care what just happened to me,” Ralph added.

While retelling the story on “Way Up,” Ralph got visibly emotional about the incident.

“They saw what happened!” she said. ” ‘It’s not that bad, is it? Please don’t say anything, we don’t need the bad press, it’s a brand new show. Yours is a new show.’ “

She mentioned that one bystander even said, “It wasn’t so bad after all, was it?”

“That’s the kind of stuff that happens,” Ralph continued. “That’s what makes it hard for women to speak up about these things.”

Unfortunately, Ralph said, she was also sexually assaulted in a separate incident by a man she “didn’t know,” and admitted that the “horrible” experience made her question her own wardrobe.

“My skirt is at my knees. I have on a sweater blouse,” the “Moesha” star said of the incident. “It’s horrible. It’s like I can think about these things and I’ll tell you, it was like the third time something like this had happened to me, and I thought to myself, ‘What did I do to deserve that?’ What made this man think that he could just come over and put his hands on my body, in front of — he didn’t know me.”

Ralph said she eventually had the opportunity to confront her assaulter, who “did not remember any of this.”

“Years later, I was in a situation where that man walked through the door, and he sat down at the table across from me,” Ralph said. “I had to confront him about it. I had to let him know what he did that night.”

Hostile Subject: Alvin Bragg Formally Refuses to Cooperate with Congressional Investigation

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg formally refused to cooperate with the House Republicans’ congressional investigation into “unprecedented abuse” of authority against former President Donald Trump upon the expectation the former president would be arrested this week in connection with Bragg’s investigation, Breitbart News learned Thursday.

Bragg denied providing testimony and documenters to top House Republican leadership due to “an unprecedent inquiry into a pending local prosecution,” he replied to Republicans.

On Monday, Judiciary Committee chairman Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Oversight Committee chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY), and Administration Committee chairman Rep. Bryan Steil (R-WI) demanded Bragg comply with the committee’s request for documents and testimony in anticipation of the possible indictment.

The anticipation was generated after Trump announced Saturday that he expected to be arrested in the coming days based on “illegal leaks” from the Manhattan district attorney’s office, which is investigating Trump’s alleged role in hush money paid to Stormy Daniels.

“The Letter only came after Donald Trump created a false expectation that he would be arrested the next day and his lawyers reportedly urged you to intervene,” Bragg’s replied to Republicans. “Neither fact is a legitimate basis for congressional inquiry.”

“[T]he District Attorney is obliged by the federal and state constitutions to protect the independence of state law enforcement functions from federal interference,” he added.

Bragg’s response comes as Republicans have raised concerning questions about Bragg’s investigation.

“Was the Manhattan DA’s office in communication with DOJ about their investigation of President Trump?” Jordan asked. “Was the Manhattan DA’s office using federal funds to investigate President Trump?”

“I think we should hear Alvin Bragg testify before Congress, under oath, about his vision and the fact that this is wildly political and the fact that this was not pursued by federal courts and the fact that the Department of Justice passed on this,” House Republican conference chairwoman Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) told Breitbart News on Monday.

Many legal experts believe Bragg’s potential case against Trump is shaky and may not hold up in court.

“The case is legally pathetic,” Jonathan Turley, the Shapiro Professor of Public Interest Law at George Washington University, said. “It is extremely difficult to show that paying money to cover up an embarrassing affair was done for election purposes as opposed to an array of obvious other reasons, from protecting a celebrity’s reputation to preserving a marriage.”

Report: Disney World in Orlando to Host Conference on Gay and Transgender Rights in the Workplace

Walt Disney World in Orlando will reportedly host a conference on gay and transgender rights in the workplace, with thousands of people expected to attend the three-day summit in September.

Disney will play host to the annual Out & Equal Workplace Summit scheduled to take place September 12 to 14, according to a Miami Herald report. The conference will draw a large range of corporate executives, including HR professionals and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) administrators from companies across the country.

The conference boasts several corporate sponsors, including Apple, Amazon, Uber, Walmart, and even Cracker Barrel. Disney has reportedly committed to hosting next year’s conference as well. Last year’s summit took place in Las Vegas.

Out & Equal is an advocacy group whose stated mission is to promote workplace equality for LGBTQ+ individuals. The organization has publicly condemned President Donald Trump, saying in 2019 that he is “unfit to serve” and “should be removed from office.”

The group ignored the fact that Trump appointed the country’s first openly gay cabinet member — Richard Grenell, who served as acting Director of National Intelligence.

Disney continues to pursue a radical LGBTQ+ agenda despite negative business repercussions.

Last year, Disney vowed to prioritize radical gay and transgender activism after a small group of employees demanded the company take a stand against Florida’s Parental Rights in Education legislation, which prohibits the teaching of transgenderism and sexuality to kids in kindergarten through third grade.

Disney’s failed political attacks on Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) resulted in the company losing its highly coveted self-governing status in the Orlando area — a valuable perk Disney had enjoyed for five decades.

For the year, Disney saw $123 billion of its market value evaporate as its stock dropped 44 percent amid profitability concerns, marking the once-invincible company’s worst year in more than four decades. Former CEO Bob Chapek was fired and replaced by a returning Bob Iger.

Trump calls for removal of every top official investigating him

President Trump on Thursday called for the removal of every law enforcement official currently leading investigations into him.

A busy morning on social media for Trump was capped with a post suggesting the leads of four different investigations into his conduct be removed from their post.

Trump’s comments follow significant advances in each investigation.

“District Attorney Bragg is a danger to our Country, and should be removed immediately, along with Radical Lunatic Bombthrower Jack Smith, who is harassing and intimidating innocent people at levels not seen before, ‘Get Trump’ Letitia James, the worst Attorney General in the United States, and Atlanta D.A. Fani Willis, who is trying to make PERFECT phone calls into a plot to destroy America, but reigns over the most violent Crime Scene in America, and does nothing about it!” Trump wrote in a post on his social media site.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg (D) is set to meet Monday with a grand jury assembled to hear evidence in a case reviewing whether Trump broke the law in organizing and concealing a $130,000 hush money payment to adult film star Stormy Daniels.

Trump last weekend predicted he would be arrested Tuesday in connection with the probe — a date that has come and gone as the grand jury continues their closed-door meetings.

Special counsel Jack Smith, who is overseeing an investigation into the mishandling of records at Mar-a-Lago as well as the effort to stop the transition of power after the 2020 election, also just scored a major court victory. An appeals court backed a lower court ruling ordering Trump’s attorney in the Mar-a-Lago probe, Evan Corcoran, to turn over documents and transcripts of calls to prosecutors.

The ruling pierces the attorney-client privilege between Corcoran and Trump, with the lower court judge determining the communications are not privileged since they may have occurred in furtherance of a crime.

New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) has brought a civil fraud suit against Trump. Efforts by Trump’s team to delay the case for six months do not appear likely to succeed.

Court documents filed earlier this month indicate that Judge Arthur Engoron, who is overseeing the case, told the parties during a recent proceeding that the trial would start as scheduled on Oct. 2 “come hell or high water.”

‘Day of Paralysis’ rallies rage nationwide against judicial overhaul; Ayalon Highway blocked for hours; in lead-up to controversial Bnei Brak rally, president urges restraint

Dozens of demonstrators were arrested Thursday as police used water cannons and mounted officers to disperse protesters in Tel Aviv and Haifa, amid rallies throughout the country on what was billed as a “national day of paralysis” against the government’s moves to radically weaken and politicize the judiciary.

Water cannons were deployed in two cities as police attempted to clear protesters who were blocking roads.

While the controversial crowd-control measure has been used previously during the protests against the judicial overhaul, it was the first time it was used in Haifa.

Mounted police and a water cannon were utilized to try to push protesters blocking the Ayalon Highway in Tel Aviv back up the off-ramp.

After more than two hours, police managed to largely clear the demonstrators, but after five minutes they returned to block the southbound lanes. Police were seen dragging protesters off the road. The northbound lanes remained open.

In addition, dozens of people were detained for alleged public disturbances at a number of locations including in Haifa, Tel Aviv and Ra’anana. A woman was arrested after she was filmed hitting Agriculture Minister Avi Dichter on the head with a flag. He was unhurt and continued walking to his car. It was not clear that the woman hit him intentionally.

A leader of the protest movement, Shikma Bressler, was detained and later released after demonstrating at a rally attended by hundreds of workers at the Rafael defense firm on Route 4 in the north of the country.

Walder replied, “It absolutely feels like a dog whistle that’s dangerous.”

She continued, “Look, most of these groups, the Oath Keepers, Boogaloo Boys, Proud Boys, they all subscribe to what you are all referring to as the great replacement theory.”

“This is why we see these spikes in racism and anti-semitism,” and “they are ascribing to this belief and it’s stoking this division,” Walder added.

She then suggested that “Trump has for multiple years now called for a civil war.”

There were no actual facts provided as to why criticising George Soros’ manipulation of U.S. politics and culture is racist.

Of course, Joy Reid and MSNBC are going to propagandise for Soros, given that he pumps millions into Democrat election campaigns, as well as “black-led justice organizations”.

Senior Russian lawmaker says work to establish NATO facilities in Ukraine confirmed

MOSCOW, March 22. /TASS/. A parliamentary commission has been able to confirm that work was underway to establish US and NATO military facilities in Ukraine under the guise of biological research laboratories, Deputy Speaker of the State Duma, Irina Yarovaya, said on Wednesday.

"Our investigation has confirmed that US and NATO military facilities were being established on Ukrainian soil under the guise of biolabs," the press service for the lower house of Russia’s parliament quoted Yarovaya as saying. The senior lawmaker also co-chairs the Commission for Parliamentary Investigation into the Activities of US Biological Laboratories in Ukraine.

According to Yarovaya, the United States’ projects to build biolabs enabled it to circumvent all international agreements, while the evidence uncovered reveals violations of the underlying UN convention.

"The commission has concluded that the United States has maintained and developed its capability to create components for biological weapons and to manufacture and use them outside of its national borders, if need be," Yarovaya underscored.

Similar practices, Yarovaya maintained, enable Washington "to come close to the Russian border virtually unchallenged," while expanding its military presence and "establishing potential beachheads for using biological weapons."

"Applied military research projects being conducted by the US disguised as medical and biological activities, should they continue, will increasingly pose a threat to the security not only of Russia but also of the host countries within whose borders they are being implemented, thus presenting a global threat to humankind," the senior Russian lawmaker warned.

Yarovaya urged Russia to immediately adopt a comprehensive range of measures to counteract external biological threats and protect the country’s biological and technological sovereignty.

World Athletics Council bans transgender track-and-field athletes from international competition

The World Athletics Council on Thursday banned transgender athletes from international track-and-field competition.

In two decisions, the group adopted the same rules as swimming did last year in deciding to bar athletes who have transitioned from male to female and have gone through male puberty, according to the Associated Press.

No such athletes currently compete at the highest elite levels of track.

Netanyahu assures no law against Christians after missionary bill outrage

Evangelical Christian groups have supported the Zionist cause in various capacities for decades, and have close relationships with Israeli institutions.

After a bill punishing Christian missionaries with prison time for any type of proselytization caused furor among pro-Israel evangelicals on Sunday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu publicly assured that the State of Israel would not pass legislation targeting Christians.

"We will not advance any law against the Christian community," Netanyahu wrote on Twitter in both English and Hebrew on Wednesday.

United Torah Judaism leader Moshe Gafni also released a statement on Wednesday, noting that the bill would not be advanced at this stage. The bill, which is identical to other bills on this matter promoted by Gafni, was placed procedurally on the Knesset table four months ago.

Response to Netanyahu's assurances

US Christian leaders and political actors welcomed Netanyahu's response to their concerns.

"Prime Minister Netanyahu is an amazing leader of courage," said Sam Brownback, ex-Kansas governor and former US ambassador for International Religious Freedom. "I applaud his quick and decisive addressing of what could have been a major issue."

Evangelist pastor Greg Laurie said on Wednesday that Gafni and Netanyahu's comments were "great news."

Penny Nance, head of Christian evangelical non-profit Concerned Women for America, also thanked Netanyahu on Thursday for "standing up for Christians," after she had warned of the repercussions of the bill if it passed.

"If this became law Evangelicals on tour from the US if led by the Holy Spirit to share the Gospel with their tour guide would risk imprisonment," Nance said on Wednesday.

Pastor Jack Graham joined the chorus of those expressing disconcertion about the bill, saying "I love Israel and we need to be praying for Israel and its leaders."

The outrage over the bill began after a Sunday report by Christian evangelical outlet All Israel News. Editor-in-Chief Joel C. Rosenberg credited the outlet for raising awareness of the issue.

"I am deeply grateful to Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu for his strong, unequivocal statement," said Rosenberg on Wednesday. "The Evangelical community worldwide greatly appreciates your friendship. Bless you."

The bill would amend preexisting proselytization provisions in the 1977 Penal Code, which hold that forbids missionary action through material enticement, persuading minors to convert, or holding conversion ceremonies without consent of parents. Visitors to Israel may also be denied entry into the country if they were traveling for missionary purposes.

The amendment would change the crime to apply to all conversion attempts "directly, digitally, by direct mail, or online. The maximum prison sentence would be a year for conversion attempts of an adult, whereas the previous six month sentence for those proselytizing against minors would be increased to two years.

BP has pumped oil worth £15.4bn in Iraq since 2011 when it began production in the country for the first time in nearly four decades, new analysis shows.

The new information came on the 20-year anniversary of the beginning of the invasion of Iraq, which was judged to be illegal by the U.N. However, neither U.S. President George W. Bush nor British Prime Minister Tony Blair, the leaders who prosecuted the war, have been subjects of a criminal investigation.
