Remember how they found oceans worth of fresh water underneath the oceans and land masses?

 

That water is incredibly massive. It's got a lot of mass. Soโ€ฆ say you were to be on the other side of that oceanโ€ฆ you'd attract toward that.

 

Technically, the Death Star should have been build in concentric spheres. They would have had no need for artificial gravity considering how huge the thing is and especially if they have a massively dense core to really solidify things, but more feasibly that dense and massive material would also be be making up the Russian Doll spheres.

 

Like, the orientation of a guy at the bottom of the Death Star should be the opposite of someone at the top of it, and they'd both be different than someone on the equator.
