January 6 rioter gets three-year jail term

Riley Williams was branded by prosecutors as an “accelerant” to “mayhem”

A Pennsylvania woman who was among a crowd of protesters that breached the US Capitol building during the January 6, 2021 riot in Washington DC was sentenced on Thursday to 36 months in prison. Riley Williams, who was convicted last November, gained notoriety over her alleged role in thetheft of Nancy Pelosi’s laptop.

Williams, who was 22 at the time of her crimes, was branded by prosecutors as “among the worst” rioters and “an accelerant, exacerbating the mayhem.” She was found guilty ofinterferingwith law enforcement officers during a civil disorder, ofresisting or impedinglaw enforcement officers, and offourassociated misdemeanor offenses.

The jury wasdeadlocked on the chargerelated to the laptop of then-House Speaker Pelosi. The US government also accused Williams of obstructing an official proceeding, but failed to convince the jury on that charge either. The prosecution consequently dismissed both charges. (Where’s Nancy’s laptop?)

According to the Justice Department, during the Capitol breach Williams “directed other rioters, pushed against officers, andtook video, audio, and photo recordingsof her activities. She alsothrew a water bottleat police officers and called them traitors.” She thenwiped her computer “with commercial-grade software” six times, according to prosecutors. (Are these really punishable offenses? Of course Berman Jackson-Anti Trump smashes the gavel down.)

Williams explained that in January 2021 she was “a young and stupid girl” who “was addicted to the internet” and made an error in judgment by believing claims about the 2020 presidential elections by outgoing President Donald Trump and his supporters. She apologized for her actions and said there was “no justification or excuse for my behavior.”

Judge Amy Berman Jacksoncalled Williams’ conduct “utterly reprehensible” and dismissed her claim that her young age was a mitigating factor.

“She’s not some little waif blowing in the wind,”Jackson declared. “She poured fuel on the fire.”

Williams has been held in custody since her conviction, meaning the four months that have passed since will be deducted from her prison term.

US launches airstrikes in Syria

The Pentagon has said Iran-affiliated groups were targeted, while local sources claim civilian infrastructure was hit

American forces have carried out retaliatory strikes in Syria in response to adeadly drone attackon a US-led coalition base in the northeastern part of the country, the Pentagon has said.

One US contractor was killed while five American troops and a contractor were wounded after “a one-way unmanned aerial vehicle” struck a maintenance facility near town of Hasakah around midday on Thursday, the Department of Defense reported. “The intelligence community assesses the UAV to be of Iranian origin,” it added.

In the same statement, Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin said hehad been directedby President Joe Biden to authorize “precision airstrikes tonight in eastern Syria against facilities used by groups affiliated with Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC).”

The bombings were carried out “in response to today’s attack as well as a series of recent attacks against Coalition forces in Syria by groups affiliated with the IRGC,” Austin stated.

“No group will strike our troops with impunity,”Austin insisted, adding that the US will “always respond at a time and place of our choosing.”

The US secretary of defense did not reveal the location of the strikes, but footage on social media allegedly showed explosions in Syria’s eastern province of Deir ez-Zor, which borders Iraq.

Local sources told Iranian broadcaster Press TV that theUS missiles had not hitany facilities linked to Iranian groups. Instead, a rural development center and a grain facility were struck, they claimed.

“No Iranian was killed in the act of aggression,” the broadcaster stated. It also cited an unnamed military source who vowed that “resistance groups” are planning to respond to the American strikes.

Some900 US troopsremain in oil-rich northeastern Syria after being deployed there in the mid-2010s under the pretext of fighting Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS) militants. Damascus considers their presence illegal and has repeatedly complained to the UN. The Syrian government’s stance is shared by Russia and Iran, who have aided the country in fighting terrorism.

Earlier this month, a Republican-sponsored bill calling for the withdrawal of American forces from Syria failed to pass in the US Congress, losing a vote by 103 to 321.

Kiev flags obstacle to Xi-Zelensky talks

China has yet to decide whether it wants to mediate in the Ukraine conflict or “carefully stand aside,” top Kiev official claimed

Chinese President Xi Jinping and his Ukrainian counterpart Vladimir Zelensky may hold negotiations but the preparatory work has stumbled into certain complications, Mikhail Podoliak, a senior aide to the Ukrainian leader, said on Thursday. (Awkward excuse why Xi won’t participate)

Speaking on Ukrainian national TV, Podoliak confirmed plans for talks between the two leaders, claiming that this initiative had been floated by Kiev. He added that the groundwork is being laid by both the Ukrainian presidential office and by the foreign ministry.

However, “this is quite difficult,” the presidential aide pointed out. “The issue is that China has not yet found its new political place. That is, whether it wants to take upon itself the question of settlement between Russia and Ukraine, orwhether it will still carefully stand aside”.

China hasn’t figured this outfor itself yet, as I see it,” Podoliak added. (That sounds insulting)

He also described Zelensky as virtually the only leader capable of “clarifying the consequences of finalization of the war in a wrongful manner,” including to those countries which position themselves as neutral.

Xi’s plans to speak with Zelensky after his three-day state visit to Moscow and talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin were first reported by the Wall Street Journal last week.

On Tuesday, Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Irina Vereshchuk stated that, while the sides “have things to say to each other,” it wasstill unclearwhether the negotiations would take place “for sure.”

The possibility of direct talks between Xi and Zelensky, which could become the first since the Ukraine conflict broke out in February 2022, was also hailed by the US. Last week, National Security AdvisorJake Sullivansaid that Washington had beenencouraging the Chineseleader to reach out to Kiev, explaining that he “himself should hear directly the Ukrainian perspective and not just the Russian perspective” on the ongoing hostilities. (Yeah like Xi is going to listen to Jake Sullivan or Bidan!)

Meanwhile, last month, when asked about potential talks between Xi and Zelensky, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin noted that Beijing “has maintained smooth communication with all relevant parties, including Ukraine,” while reiterating China’s commitment to a peaceful settlement of the crisis.

(Xi is snubbing Zelensky, why would he have to talk to a puppet cockroach?)

Why China appears ready to go to war with the US over Taiwan

Rebekah Koffler1/2March 18, 2023

Last Friday, Chinese leader Xi JinPing won his third five-year term as president in a unanimous vote by the National People’s Congress. Having secured his grip on power quite possibly for life, Xi is executing China’s grand plan to re-establish control over Taiwan.

Indeed, so crucial is Taiwan – which broke away from communist China in 1949 – that Beijing appears willing to tussle with Washington over its long-term fate.

As the only nation standing between China and Taiwan, US battle readiness has never been more vital. But theUS remains woefully unpreparedeven as every sign from Xi suggests he’s readying himself to rumble.

First, the war drums – loud ones.In October, Xi installed a “War Cabinet”comprised of seven men, all Xi loyalists, after removing advisors favoring reforms from the all-powerful Politburo.

The next month, during a visit to China’s operational command center,Xi directed his military to be ready for war. “The entire military must . . . concentrate all energy on fighting a war, direct all work toward warfare and speed up to build the ability to win,” Xi said. CIA Director William Burns estimates Beijing wants to be conflict-ready by 2027.

Air Force Gen. Mike Minihan, head of Air Mobility Command, however, forecasts that the US and China “will fight in 2025.” He suggests China will mount an attack on Taiwan while Americans are distracted by the upcoming presidential election.

Xi is alsobanking on America’s inabilityto simultaneously prosecute a war with both Russia and China, which is why he may act on Taiwan sooner rather than later – while the Russia-Ukraine war is ongoing. Indeed, with Xi set to meet Vladimir Putin in Russia next week, China is paying close attention to activities out of Moscow.

Meanwhile, as China augments its fighting prowess on the ground, it’s alsobeefing up defense capabilities in spaceas part of its Taiwan-invasion toolbox. Between 2019 and 2021,China doubledits number of orbiting satellites from 250 to 499, according to the Defense Intelligence Agency. During wartime, satellites deliver everything from missile warning and navigation to reconnaissance and command-and-control efforts.

China's foreign minister warns of 'conflict and confrontation' with US

On Tuesday, US Space Force Chief Gen. Chance Saltzman revealed that over the past six months, China launched dozens of spacecraft to target US forces. At the same time, the Chinese military isdeveloping and fielding weaponsto attack US satellites and “blind and deafen” US forces. They includekinetic-kill missiles, ground-based lasers, electronic warfare systems, directed energy weapons and orbiting space robots.

Beyond space defenses, China is already looking to implement nuclear lessons learned from the Russia-Ukraine war. The threat of nuclear annihilation breeds fear in US leaders, preventing Washington from deployingforces into active theaters of war. In recent years, Beijing has accelerated the modernization of its nuclear forces. By 2035, China will likely triple its nuclear arsenal to 1,500 warheads, according to the Pentagon.

Beijing’s other WMD programs includechemical and biological warfare(CBW). Beijing has missiles, rockets and artillery that could likely beadapted to deliverCBW agents. Scientist’s at the People’s Liberation Army’s (PLA) Fifth Institute of the Academy of Military Medical Sciences in Wuhan areconducting coronavirus researchas part of China’s national biological weapons program.

2/2

A weaponized engineered coronavirus could create another pandemic. And the notion of unleashing a COVID-like virus on the US in the run up to a Chinese attack on Taiwan has already been linked to China.

Such an attack would require China to augment and upgrade its current forces in order to outmatch their US counterparts in any cross-straight attack. Andthis is already happening. Existing PLArockets can almost certainly reach US forcesand bases in the region. China’s350 or so battleshipsnow outnumber those of the US by nearly a quarter. And the PLA is ramping up military drills in the South China Sea, practicing tactics that would deny access to the US Navy.

Still, China knows the US wins big for technological superiority, and they’re hard at work trying to erode Washington’s edge. Which is why China’s cyberattack strategy is so focused ondisrupting US computerized networks— which it apparently already has according to recent reports. A recent report from the Department of National Intelligence warns that if Beijing feared an imminent conflict with the US, it would “almost certainly” target “US homeland critical infrastructure and military assets worldwide” withcrippling cyber strikes. The goal is to impede US decision-making and induce social panic, thus interfering with the deployment of US forces.

With its heavy reliance on high-tech weaponry, China believes that theUS way of war is outdated, leading to a “dead end.”Beijing is emboldened by its assessment of America’s unpreparedness for “unrestricted warfare,” a concept developed by Chinese military theorists in the 1990s. Whether it actually shoots the first missile, Chinesedoctrinal writingsmake clear that Beijing is preparing to fight and win a war with the US.

To win that war, China will adapt existing methods and weaponry rather than merely developing new armaments, as America does. Thespy balloonthat China recently flew across the US, despite its unfortunate outcome, is an example of such thinking.

While the Pentagon mostly focused on the reconnaissance aspect of the balloon, the airship was also auseful delivery platform. Along with carrying multi-sensor equipment, it could have easily contained a kinetic or a chem-bio payload, presenting a much bigger threat to Americans.

(Attached 2018 by Air Force on EMP weapons)

China plans to exploit what it believes is the US obsession with “extravagant style warfare.” “An American-made bomber is like flying a mountain of gold, more costly than its targets,” note Colonels Qiao Liang and Wang Xiangsui, the authors of “Unrestricted Warfare.”

Shooting down China’s spy balloon demanded a $400,000 AIM-9X Sidewinder missile; the costly weapon is an example of how China could defeat the US by depleting its combat arsenal. Imagine Chinasending 100 balloonsahead of its attack on Taiwan. How many F-22s would be needed to down them all? Imagine air traffic disruptions across America. Imagine the panic that would ensue.

Chinese strategists have long described America’s way of waging war as “attacking birds with golden bullets” – and it’s a style they intend to exploit. Of course as Moscow now knows, even the mightiest militaries can blunder spectacularly. But Beijing’s bellicose behavior cannot be ignored. And thePentagon is nowhere near understanding, let alone being prepared for, the Chinese way of war.

Now we get to see almost all major banks are criminals. They were allowed by regulators to commit crimes. The Fed plan is trying to destroy small and regional banks. We won’t let that happen. They don’t have the exposure of greedy international banks and they haven’t extended themselves to major risk.

Every major country let their banks do things that ultimately make them fail. It took one bank to reveal the endemic corruption. Which reveals every major country have unlimited corruption.

It will be rough for all of us, so be prepared, two-three months supply of food and water, along with other preparations.

We have hit the Precipice, finally!

The more these judges break the laws for politics the more likely Trump Team will impeach and ban every judge for life. The world is waking up there are not courts. Judges immune from threats and corruption. It came out in “John here to help”, that Rosenstein set up judges in compromise and they were required to make rulings the way the Cabal demanded. All DC judges should be impeached asap
