More than 8,000 Israeli minors were attacked online in 2022

The two platforms where minors were harassed most were Instagram and WhatsApp.

In 2022, the 105 hotline dealt with about 8,133 incidents where minors were targeted online, according to data published by the National Security Ministry this week regarding sexual harassment online.

The report also showed that the platforms where minor were targeted most were Instagram (31%) and WhatsApp (26%), and more than half of the located perpetrators were minors aged 13-16.

"The safe activity of children and youths online is more important than anything," said National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir.

Furthermore, according to the report, most of the victims were aged between 12 and 14, and among the attacks, 34% were sexual harassment, and 21% were incidents in which sexual photos and videos of the victims were distributed online.

Also, 73% of the victims were girls. The most common forms of attack against girls were also sexual harassment (42%) and distribution of sexual media (25%). The rest of the attacks were sexual blackmailing, sexual messaging, indecent acts and virtual rape.

The data also showed that girls are harmed more on platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp than boys who are harmed more on Discord (a platform for communicating in video games). Of the located perpetrators, 87% were boys, 57% of whom were minors and 43% adults, and most of the attacks on boys were sexual blackmailing (42%) and distribution of sexual media (25%).

The National Headquarters for the Protection of Children Online said that often, the victims choose not to complain out of feelings of shame, guilt or fear of stigma, not being believed or from threats of the perpetrator to make the attack worse or attack others in the same way.

Therefore, the environment's reaction to revelations of attacks is significant to the process of treatment and rehabilitation of the victims. Positive reactions will lead to less symptoms of crisis in the long-term while negative reactions will cause a significant rise in symptoms.

What to do if your child is attacked online:

If your child is attacked online, here are some tips from the National Headquarters for the Protection of Children Online on how to react:

It's most important to make sure the attack is over, and if it isn't, to stop it. Turn to the 105 hotline which is available 24 hours a day.

Help the children to recognize the strength they showed in dealing with the situation and sharing. The knowledge that they were attacked is difficult, and it is extremely important to be there for them, listen to them support them, be around to help and get help from professionals.

Listen to their needs. Questions like "What happened?" and "How?" can stress them out and feel like prying. Talk to them about their feelings and experience rather than the incident itself. They need a safe space where they can share what they are thinking and feeling. It's important to leave it to their pace without pressing it. Focus on them. Ask them "How do you feel?" and "What do you need or want to have right now?"

Different children have different needs. Listen to their personal needs and adapt the conversation to the child's personality, age and the type of attack.

Sexual abuse is experienced differently in each person, and every thought and emotion is legitimate. It's important to be empathetic and sensitive.

Children look to adults and learn from them, also in difficult moments. It's important to be a stable anchor for them, give off security and make it clear that they are not alone and you won't let what heppened affect how you see them.

In order to prevent an attack, it's important to talk to children regularly about safe and responsible activity online, the dangers to stay safe from and that you are always there from them.

Secret Government Documents confirm COVID-19 Vaccine roll-out caused Excess Deaths in Australia to increase by 5,162%

Secretive data, strangely given to the Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) by the Australian Government confirms the first 38 weeks of the year 2021 saw a shocking 1,452% increase in excess deaths following the rollout of the Covid-19 injections compared to the same period in 2020.

Unfortunately, as the months passed, the situation only worsened.

By 2022, the nation was hit by a devastating blow, with a shocking 5,162% increase in excess deaths in the first 38 weeks of the year following the repeat rollout of the Covid-19 injections compared to the first 38 weeks of 2020, at the alleged height of the pandemic.

But instead of the people of Australia being in shock and disbelief at this devastating increase in excess deaths, they are carrying on with their lives, none the wiser as to what has happened.

Why?

Because their Government and their Mainstream Media refuse to tell them the truth and instead fill their heads with propaganda and lies on a daily basis.

Secretive data on deaths and excess deaths in Australia has been handed to the Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) by the Australian Bureau of Statistics.

And that data reveals the following…

Australia suffered 11,068 excess deaths in 2021 and then a shocking 22,730 excess deaths by week 38 of 2022. This is in stark contrast to 2020, when only 1,306 excess deaths were recorded during the alleged height of the Covid pandemic and prior to the rollout of the Covid injections.

This means Australia suffered a shocking 1,640% increase in excess deaths in just 38 weeks throughout 2022 compared to 53 weeks throughout 2020.

But if we compare the data available on excess deaths in 2022 against the first 38 weeks of 2020 and the first 38 weeks of 2021, we are able to reveal the true severity of the situation in Australia.

As we know, Australia suffered a shocking 22,730 excess deaths by week 38 of 2022.

But according to the same data provided by the Australian Bureau of Statistics to the Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD), Australia suffered 6,706 excess deaths by week 38 of 2021, and only 432 excess deaths by week 38 of 2020.

Moving assault weapons into Mexico lands former cartel leader’s son in prison following HSI Harlingen, ATF investigation

BROWNSVILLE, Texas — A former cartel leader’s son was sentenced Thursday to federal prison following his conviction of smuggling goods from the United States. The investigation was conducted by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

Osiel Cardenas-Salinas Jr., 31, from Brownsville, was sentenced March 23 by U.S. District Judge Fernando Rodriguez Jr. The judge sentenced Cardenas-Salinas to 100 months in federal prison to be immediately followed by three years of supervised release and ordered him to pay a $20,000 fine.

At the hearing, the court heard additional evidence that described Cardenas-Salinas’s role as a supervisor or manager. In handing down the sentence, the court noted Cardenas-Salinas had two firearms related cases in his criminal history and continued to engage in additional criminal activity with weapons smuggling, repeatedly engaging in violations involving firearms. At the hearing, Cardenas-Salinas apologized to the court and asked for mercy.

Cardenas-Salinas pleaded guilty Aug. 2, 2022, to attempting to purchase 10 assault rifles to export into Mexico. Cardenas is the son of former head of the Gulf Cartel Osiel Cardenas-Guillen, who was convicted and previously sentenced to 25 years in federal prison.

“The sentencing of these individuals sends a stern message that those who purchase, transport and facilitate the smuggling of weapons will face the full extent of the law,” said HSI San Antonio acting Special Agent in Charge Craig Larrabee. “The successful outcome of this case is a direct result of the steadfast efforts of federal agents to prevent firearms from falling into the hands of transitional criminal organizations that pose a threat to public safety in Mexico and the United States.”

According to court documents, on April 22, 2021, Cardenas and others attempted to purchase five AK-47 type rifles and five AR-15 type rifles. The undercover operation took place in a Brownsville store parking lot. Cardenas had instructed another individual to cross into Mexico to pick up $15,000 for the weapons and to inform him when the weapons transaction was complete. At the time of his plea, Cardenas admitted he committed the crime while on supervised release for a previous felony.

Cardenas will remain in custody pending transfer to a U.S. Bureau of Prisons facility to be determined in the near future.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Elena Salinas for the Southern District of Texas, prosecuted the case.

HSI encourages you to report allegations of cross-border weapons trafficking by submitting tips at www.ice.gov/tips or by calling the HSI Tipline at 866-347-2423 from the U.S. and Canada, or 802-872-6199 from any country in the world.

HSI is the principal investigative arm of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), responsible for investigating transnational crime and threats, specifically those criminal organizations that exploit the global infrastructure through which international trade, travel and finance move. HSI’s workforce of more than 8,700 employees consists of more than 6,000 special agents assigned to 237 cities throughout the United States, and 93 overseas locations in 56 countries. HSI’s international presence represents DHS’s largest investigative law enforcement presence abroad and one of the largest international footprints in U.S. law enforcement.

Ex-NSW Labor minister Ian Macdonald gets 14-year jail sentence for corruptly awarding mine licence

Former New South Wales Labor minister Ian Macdonald will stay in jail until at least 2027 for misconduct in public office involving two mining licences.

Key points:

Ian Macdonad was found guilty in 2022 after a retrial without a jury

In sentencing, the judge said the offence damaged the government and the community

Macdonald is already in jail for another offence

In 2022, Macdonald, 74, was convicted after a retrial for issuing the Doyles Creek mine licence to a company chaired by former union boss John Maitland.

Mr Maitland was acquitted of being an accessory to the misconduct.

The men were granted the retrial in 2019, after an appeal court found the judge in their original trial misdirected the jury about the state of mind required for Macdonald to be found guilty.

Justice Hament Dhanji, who presided over the retrial without a jury, found Macdonald wilfully made decisions to benefit Mr Maitland, and there was no justification for his actions.

In sentencing him to 14 years and six-months' jail, with a non-parole period of 10 years, the judge said a high degree of criminality was involved.

"The misconduct occurred at the time the finances of the state were under considerable strain. The damage to the institution of government is a serious loss that affects the entire community," he said.

The Doyles Creek licence was granted by direct allocation in 2008 when Macdonald was resources minister, and the court heard he lost the state tens-of-millions of dollars in fees paid by other mining companies for coal exploration licences.

Around the same, time a tender process saw Chinese company Shenhua pay $300 million for an exploration licence in the Liverpool Plains and a BHP subsidiary pay $91 million for an exploration licence at Caroona.

Justice Dhani said Macdonald had expressed no remorse and the crime was committed 15 years ago, making it a "stale crime".

He said the sentence has been backdated, discounted and influenced by special circumstances, including Macdonald's range of health issues including a large hernia and anxiety, and threats from other prisoners.

The judge noted Macdonald was already concurrently serving a maximum nine-and-a-half-year jail sentence for conspiring with former Labor minister Eddie Obeid and Obeid's son Moses, over a separate mine licence for Mount Penny in the Bylong Valley.

Justice Dhanji said with time already served for misconduct over both mine licences, Macdonald won't be eligible for parole until 2027.

Obama-Appointed Judge Rejects Claims of Executive Privilege, Orders Trump Aides to Testify Before Grand Jury

A federal judge rejected Trump’s claims of executive privilege and order the former president’s aides to testify before a grand jury investigating Trump’s efforts to challenge the 2020 election, according to a leak ABC News.

Jack Smith subpoenaed Trump aides to testify and turn over documents in the latest special counsel witch hunt.

Judge Beryl Howell, an Obama appointee, order Trump’s former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows to testify in special counsel Jack Smith’s probe.

“Former Trump aides Nick Luna and John McEntee, along with former top DHS official Ken Cuccinelli, were also included in the order, the sources said.” – ABC reported.

“The DOJ is continuously stepping far outside the standard norms in attempting to destroy the long accepted, long held, Constitutionally based standards of attorney-client privilege and executive privilege,” a Trump spokesperson said in a statement to ABC News. “There is no factual or legal basis or substance to any case against President Trump. The deranged Democrats and their comrades in the mainstream media are corrupting the legal process and weaponizing the justice system in order to manipulate public opinion, because they are clearly losing the political battle.”

ABC News reported:

A federal judge has rejected former President Donald Trump’s claims of executive privilege and has ordered Mark Meadows and other former top aides to testify before a federal grand jury investigating Trump’s efforts to overturn the election leading up to the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, multiple sources familiar with the matter tell ABC News.

Meadows, Trump’s former chief of staff, was subpoenaed along with the other former aides by Special counsel Jack Smith for testimony and documents related to the probe.

Trump’s legal team had challenged the subpoenas by asserting executive privilege, which is the right of a president to keep confidential the communications he has with advisers.

In a sealed order last week, Judge Beryl Howell rejected Trump’s claim of executive privilege for Meadows and a number of others, including Trump’s former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe, his former national security adviser Robert O’Brien, former top aide Stephen Miller, and former deputy chief of staff and social media director Dan Scavino, according to sources familiar with the matter.

Former Trump aides Nick Luna and John McEntee, along with former top DHS official Ken Cuccinelli, were also included in the order, the sources said.

NPR axes four podcasts as part of layoffs

Lansing told the NPR that "[w]e literally are fighting to secure the future of NPR at this very moment by restructuring our cost structure. It’s that important."

National Public Radio (NPR) will eliminate four of its podcasts as part of a broader series of layoffs that will impact 10% of its existing staff.

Among those slashed will be "Everyone & Their Mom," "Louder Than a Riot," "Rough Translation," and "Invisibilia," The Hill reported. The company reportedly has a budget deficit of more than $30 million and outlet head John Lansing has insisted that the elimination of the podcasts are a vital necessity to keep the station afloat.

NPR first announced the job cuts in February, joining other legacy media outlets such as CNN and the Washington Post, which have both made major staffing cuts in recent months.

"Unlike the financial challenges we faced during the worst of the pandemic, we project increasing costs and no sign of a quick revenue rebound," Lansing said at the time. "We must make adjustments to what we control, and that is our spending. We have reached a point where we can no longer protect all jobs."

The layoffs will affect roughly 100 individuals, most of whom will retain their positions through April 28, per The Hill. NPR does hope that "Louder Than a Riot" will remain until June.

Trudeau, Biden reach deal on sharing burden of illegal immigration

The nations' "Safe Third Country Agreement" will be updated to include migrants to cross from the United States into Canada illegally.

On Thursday, Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau and American president Joe Biden reached a deal regarding their nations' border, and those who attempt to cross it illegally.

The full details of the agreement are expected to be released on Friday as Biden continues his first official visit to Canada as president, more than two years into his presidency.

According to the Los Angeles Times, sources familiar with the negotiations have revealed that the nations' "Safe Third Country Agreement" will be updated to include migrants to cross from the United States into Canada illegally.

Since its adoption in 2004, the agreement has only applied to those who arrive in Canada or the US via an official port of entry. The transition is set to be accomplished by designating the entire 8,900km border as an "official port of entry."

The loophole in the agreement has led to many migrants attempting to enter Canada from the US via Roxham Road, an unofficial crossing between Quebec and New York that has been the subject of much scrutiny.

Earlier this year, Canadian officials were caught off guard when New York City mayor Eric Adams began allowing busloads of migrants to be shuttled from the Big Apple to Roxham Road, creating a crisis for border patrol agents.

Under the new agreement, authorities would be able to effectively close Roxham Road, a decision that has garnered support from many.

House Republicans Introduce Resolution To Remove Kamala Harris From Role As Border Czar

Republican Texas Rep. Ronny Jackson on Friday reintroduced a resolution, first obtained by the Daily Caller, that calls for Vice President Kamala Harris to be removed from her position as border czar.

Friday marks two years since President Joe Biden appointed Harris as head of the border crisis, something Republicans are saying she and the president have completely failed to handle.

“Kamala Harris has done nothing to ‘address the root cause of migration’ or stop the influx of illegal immigrants coming across our border daily. She continues to sit by as the number of illegal immigrants coming across our border skyrockets, fentanyl deaths explode, and CBP officers are left to fend for themselves. She has completely betrayed the American people by blatantly disregarding her duties as Border Czar,” Jackson told the Caller before introducing the resolution.

“Enough is enough! President Biden must remove Kamala Harris and replace her with someone who will put Americans first and stop the crisis at our southern border. Politics should never compromise our national security. We need change now!,” Jackson added.

There were 164,973 encounters with migrants at the southern border in February of 2022, which is up 7% from January and also a 63% increase from the previous year, according to new U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) data. Jackson has visited the border three times whereas Harris has visited the southern border just once. Harris has downplayed calls for her to make more appearances in states like Texas and Arizona as “political games.”

Jackson has also introduced a bill requiring executive branch officials tasked with immigration policy to visit the southern border and issue reports about conditions.

The original cosponsors of the resolution include Pennsylvania Rep. Dan Meuser, California Rep. Mike Garcia, Texas Rep. Brian Babin and Texas Rep. Randy Weber.

Premiers didn't keep us safe: Highest death rate & the cover-up continues - Senate 23.03.23

https://youtu.be/YHfGziySrE8

Yesterday I spoke in support of Senator Babet's motion to hold an inquiry into excess deaths.

Overall deaths in Australia this year will come in under just 190,000 deaths, up from around 164,000 in 2019 and 171,000 in 2021.

While it is claimed half of the increase is from Covid, (this is dubious as the majority of these had chronic comorbidities) there around 10,000 deaths (assuming the Covid ones weren't related to the V) that are unexplained.

The Question needs to be asked why didn't the V stop deaths from Covid as promised by the experts. Whatever ever happened to 92% protection?

The subsequent vote only went down by one this morning. We are making progress.

Senator Gerard Rennick

Brazil to propose Ukraine ‘peace club’ with China – media

President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva will meet this week with Xi Jinping

Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva will present his vision for an international “peace club” aimed at resolving the conflict in Ukraine when he meets with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing this week, his foreign minister told the Financial Times on Friday. Lula, who has remained neutral on the conflict, believes non-aligned nations like Brazil have the best chance of brokering a peace deal.

“We are very interested in promoting or helping generate some kind of meeting that would lead to a peace process,” Brazilian Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira told the newspaper. “The president has said so many times he hears a lot about war but very few words about peace. He is interested in peace conversations.”

Since defeating the right-wing Jair Bolsonaro in last October’s elections, Lula, as he is most commonly called, has largely stuck to his predecessor’s policy of neutrality on Ukraine. However, Lula has taken a more active role internationally than Bolsonaro, announcing in January that he intends to rally a G20-like group “to put an end to the Russia-Ukraine conflict.”

“It is necessary to constitute a group with enough strength to be respected at a negotiating table, and sit down with both sides,” he said at the time.

During his election campaign, Lula declared Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky “as responsible as [Russian President Vladimir] Putin for the war,” and condemned US and EU leaders for promising NATO membership to Ukraine.

Since taking office, the Brazilian leader has met with US President Joe Biden and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, and has spoken by phone to Zelensky and Putin. Stressing the need to find “a way out to end this war” after meeting Biden last month, Lula’s calls for peace were echoed by China, which released its 12-point ‘Position on the Political Settlement of the Ukraine Crisis’ two weeks afterwards.

The Chinese plan was welcomed by Putin, but rejected by the US. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Monday described Beijing’s proposal as a “tactical move” to stall the conflict in Russia’s favor, while in Ukraine, Zelensky said last month that he only agrees with a handful of points in the document.

Any plan put forward by Lula and his potential “peace club” may be received the same way, as was the case when Mexico proposed a peace plan of its own at the United Nations last year. Ukrainian government adviser Mikhail Podoliak dismissed the Mexican proposal as a “Russian plan,” and Kiev released its own ten-point peace plan two months later.

However, Kiev’s plan included demands that Russia cede the territory of Crimea to Ukraine and send its officials to war crimes tribunals, and as such was dismissed as a non-starter by Moscow.
