Anon found an old copy of this book "The Odessa File" and read it recently. Regarding the assassination of JFK, the book (fiction based on some historical facts as far as anon can tell) portrays the former SS who went into hiding after WWII were really happy about the assassination of JFK as they considered him a "Jew lover" and at the time there was a willingness to help Israel to arm from Kennedy, apparently.
