Mr. Biden: As we head to the second year of Russia's brutal invasion, our unity is not going to break. We're going to keep the pressure on Putin, though historic sanctions and tariffs, and we're gonna continue providing Ukraine with training, equipment, humanitarian assistance it needs, and to defend itself against Russian aggression.
Mr. Biden: I've been hearing now for the last three months about how China is going to provide significant weapons to Russia. [whispering] They haven't yet.
[Russia does not need their weapons]
Mr. Biden: This is a very difficult circumstance. The idea of how do we deal with what's going on in Haiti, where gangs have essentially taken the place of the government.
[sounds familiar]
Trudeau: The situation is atrocious. It's affecting the security of the people of Haiti. We must take action.
Mr. Biden: Any decision about military force [Haiti] we think would have to be done in consultation with the United Nations, and with the Haitian government. That is not off the table, but it is not in play at the moment.
Trudeau: North America, Canada and the United States in particular, are incredibly well-positioned to be the purveyors of solutions and economic growth, that the net-zero economy around the world will need over the coming decades.
