what happens when those families have offspring and those have offspring, and so on
the united states has about 1.9 billion acres of land but how much of that is habitable and accessible land?
would growth of the families surpass death rate of families? with more organic food and longer life spans due to that then logic would say yes
even if all the habitable land were doled out equally to every family, would that be sustainable or end up in stagnation?
see i don't think ai accounted for the fact that resources which sustain mega cities aren't necessarily produced in those cities but rather imported in from the outside "homesteading" areas if you will and if they did produce their own resources then there would come a time where the well would run dry like many cities of the past have and they'd either start eating their own or flee somewhere else
