I've been using the same tactics/method on a neighbor that tried to sell a portion of my land. I have 5-6 criminal charges and 3-4 civil charges all waiting with evidence. I get them to do stupid shit to add to the pile. we are on the 5th year so statute of limitations on most these is 6yr….gonna deliver pain of my own soon. Trolling is fun.
