As a very young child, in the 1950's, I remember seeing Haile Selassie, on the Grocho show.

I thought he was the most wonderful human/person, I had ever seen. I never forgot him.

There was something special about him, for a kid to be so moved, just seeing him on TV. No other person had such an effect on me.
