Laughlin Nevada, about 5 years ago I was there visiting family, there was an odd fog/haze that had a chemical smell, so many fights broke out at my casino that night and the next day. Still thinking they're using Laughlin as some sort of experiment for making people aggressive. Might be in other areas as well, and no airplanes were not spraying, not sure where the chemical fog/haze came from.

Did the CIA and/or an OGA just pretend those things were stolen so they could use them illegally in the USA against average citizens?
