It's classified. Much depends on air density etc but the J-58 is the only engine that got better fuel economy the faster you flew the plane. Those large horizontal tubes on the engine pic are bypass tubes used to shunt supersonic air into the afterburner section which increases fuel economy and boosts horsepower. The J-58 was also the only engine designed to run full time in afterburner mode.

You can actually download and read the manual for the J-58 engine itself and read all about it. The most potent fuel used in it is Triethylborane, a pyrophoric fuel which is what was used to ignite the JP7 on the ground and during unstarts in flight.

I've done hundreds of public events with my telescope inviting the public out to see the night sky. Many of them were for "planetary alignments" hyped by the local news. The only ones who could ever name the "the other planet" were the kids little kids while their parents face palmed.
