You infiltrate their leaders and put your people in.
You control their military.
You start to dismantling the food sources.
It doesn't matter the president as long as it's when they don't like.
You move out the factories so they cannot make anything.
You teach them hatred in school so they will fight each other blame each other.
You poison their water with chemicals they have.
