the homeschool/groupschool revolution is just getting started. When the Parents take control with whom they choose and the schools start to decline and empty out. The taxpayers need to take back their schools by challenging why the government has allowed a lien on private property for School Taxes ? Take it all private and disallow government to own and control schooling
