Tik-Tok might have addictive properties for people and might not be the greatest as far as collecting data. But it does seem odd that the US government is only worried about "China" and not backdoor unconstitutional spying on Americans.

My liberal city has unions for LIBRARY workers, but immigrants and the poor get to work in pitiful conditions for low pay. OSHA never investigates actual hazards, either. Seems like the companies favored to get away with this garbage are favored for the wrong reasons, too.
