So the Department of State had a test run using Google+ to increase their reach on social media. Is it possible that this was a cover to create google email addresses? The google user document speaks to the possibility of having up to 10 people on video chat. Legal had not yet cleared the Terms of Use when the document was rolled out.

The pics used in the doc are the White House and Al Amreekania, one after the other. Wouldn’t using this tool ‘legitimized’ email and other accounts outside of DoS formal systems?

While digging I came across this excerpt from a book by Julian Assange where he describes Google as doing what the CIA can’t. It also describes Jared Cohen going to Ireland….and Ireland is back in the news… This is an excellent article and draws direct lines of influence between Google and the DoS/USg.
