Anons, anon could use advice / assistance / digs to help get 3YO out of abusive environment. Mother lied to court to take child out of state into TN specifically Nashville for who knows what. Child complains about abuse at other house, has arrived with major irritation to her privates. Zero traction with courts, mother is Rx and seems untouchable.

The ONLY time I've ever seen this amount of court preference happening, it's related to the, uh, [them]. Also seems odd that court rep would take week from one parent in clearly documented court order and give to other parent just to travel out of state for no reason that could be determined.

Any help would seriously be appreciated. Got nowhere else to turn. Courts are comp'd and lawyers seem to have turned for some reason and refuse to prosecute clear violations of court order and increasing amounts of parental alienation for a VERY small child.
