In 1999, Joe Biden voted on Treaty 106-16, which was passed, allowing Ukraine and the United States to mutually cooperate on criminal matters. Biden’s #Ukrainegate goes back far longer than meets the eye. Congress and Trump should absolutely look into any possible corruption going on since then.
