What does anybody REALLY know about the video footage supplied? The truth is that nobody can even say if the perp was who they (police) said it was. Nobody has given the public a chain of custody of who handled what video feeds, who spliced them and edited the final footage and what footage was given to what news outlet. In summary, the only things anons know for sure is that video was given by someone with now idea of how it was prepared for release. That makes the shoe issue moot but it also makes the video evidence from wherever it came from suspect in every way. The truth is nobody really knows what happened yet because no facts have been established.
