I know how Narcan works. The people who get brought back, literally from the dead, with Narcan are so pissed when it kicks in and ruins their high. In any case, just give it time and someone will find a way to either mix/reformulate existing Narcan into something else that will cause a sudden rush and/or high.
I guess it stands to reason. He’s certainly campaigning against DeSantis much more than he is against Biden. You would think DeSantis was the current D POTUS if you didn’t know any better.
