Does anyone have the Bernie article he wrote - anti-Women, from back in the 70's?

this is true, but can happen with resonance, not just a DEW. For example - see water drops 'dancing' and walking in surface of the water - through RESONANCE - not some DEW electrical phenomena.

It was a RESONANT phenomena. And yes, there were also signatures of an EM pulse associated with it, but does not necessitate a DEW.
