Remember how POTUS talked about someone asking him to sign documents for funding the new embassy there. The way he tells the story sounds like they were trying to get him to sign it without telling him what it was about. So Former is the guy that did that…"Sir, it's gonna cost $500 billion sir!!!" Or some outrageous amount. Then POTUS crossed out his name. He's talked about it at the rallies before.
