Note the term "Concrete Public Square". Recall that [P] and his gay buddies in our gummint throw hints about "concrete steps".
Anon thinks this is a call for public demonstrations that consist of marchers [taking steps] in public [on concrete sidewalks and streets]. Such demonstrations might be violent (ie Charlottesville) or a mere distraction so the MSM can change their narrative.
